Outstanding grass fed ground beef! We picked up some of their beef (frozen) at a farm stand in Quechee while visiting the area. I made patties out of them on the grill (medium rare) and it was some of the best GF beef I've ever had. Flavorful and the consistency was excellent! I also purchased a pound of ground pork that I have yet to try. Can't wait!! read more
