It was soft, gooey, and more like liquid than actual cake. Someone definitely dropped the ball on this one. When I reached out, I was told, "There is nothing we can do." Seriously, if you order a cake here, make sure you ask them to inspect it before you leave. It is not worth spoiling a child's birthday over a half-baked cake. For the price, I expected much better. After much fuss the sweet lady that seemed to be in charge made the executive decision to accept my proof of payment on my credit card and email.
