5 stars for the staff....2 for the maintenance issues…read more I absolutely love going to this theatre...the staff are almost entirely wonderful. It's just that they don't seem to have the budget they need for maintenance. The seats are pretty old and hard. Emergency exit doors aren't properly sealed in multiple theatres...so if you see something when it's still light out you'll be distracted by the bright light coming in the door. Some of the theatres have weird things going on with the lights too....some flicker/strobe during a movie, which is very distracting at best and possibly seizure inducing at worst. The oven thing they use to heat the snack foods needs some work too...sometimes it only heats part of what goes in it and leaves the rest very cold. The key thing I have to remind myself about is the HVAC system....if it's hot outside, bring a sweater. If it's cold outside, wear layers that you can remove.

Time we finally got our order and returned to the vehicle to watch the movie, I saw all of 7 minutes of the movie. Some staff member are very polite and hospitable, other were very rude. I watched a woman argue that her child did not receive the souvenir cup that she ALSO stood in line for TWO hours for. ABSOLUTELY refused to help her in anyway and sent her away.
