I called the front desk to ask what restaurants we could use this credit for and she said all on premises. I let her know that Panda Express did not honor this and we had to pay it out of pocket. She said that her manager was going to go down and speak with this about this. I never heard anything back regarding a resolution. The Winstar Spa was amazing and by far the best thing about this casino resort. The staff was professional and the amenities were the best. We don't care much for smoking casinos, but we made the most of it. We frequent Choctaw (Durant) more often since the Sky Tower is a non smoking casino. I did not like the size of the pool for the guests and think that guests should be able to use the other pool for free or at least a lower rate.

The theater is old so the seats tend to recline whether you want to or not. No stadium seating here and the room I was in was small for todays standards. However, it is very clean the best I could see. I went to a matinee and it wasn't overrun with inconsiderate moviegoers texting and such. Signs indicate they will allow you to take food in from the food court.
