Wow! I was truly impressed by the delicious breakfast! The homemade sauces and yams were fantastic, and the omelets were filling and full of flavor. My hash browns were perfectly crisp, just as I requested. Our server, Charnay, was informative and kind. She ensured our coffee was always full and checked on us regularly throughout our dining experience. Charnay made great recommendations and even brought me a sample of their hollandaise sauce to try! I will definitely be returning for their Benedict. The interior is small but has plenty of seating, and the outdoor area is shaded with a cooling station right next to the tables. It's a great spot for larger groups and pets! Thank you for the wonderful experience, Runway Crew!

At first, I was apprehensive about a café beside an airstrip, but upon arriving, we were nothing but happy. Ample parking, no wait time (we went early), and the staff were lovely. Honestly, this was one of my favourite diners in America! The food was perfection, from the fried eggs to the beautifully round pancakes. I can't wait to go back one day.

New place I've never been here & I live so close...the planes outside and outdoor seating a plus

Love this place . The food is 10/10 any-day of the week except they are closed Mondays & Tuesdays. What I love is food will be good anytime or day you go. Weekends you will find this place busy. The energy from waitresses are 10/10. Very efficient & friendly staff. It's worth the drive & beautiful scenery. Great fr big groups or small. Even to enjoy a cup of coffee solo.

Best authentic American breakfast and brunch spot near Sequoia! All the dishes were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant has a unique location--right next to an airplane runway! The interior is filled with aviation-themed decor, which adds to the charm. We'll definitely want to go back when we visit Sequoia again.

We stopped here on our way back from Sequoia and it really hit the spot! There was a little bit of a wait because it was Sunday morning, but they had benches to sit at. The people working there were super friendly, attentive, and kind. We had the bacon avocado and cheddar omelette and meat lover omelette and they were so good. They came with hash downs and English muffins which were also tasty. I loved the classic diner free refills of coffee. Definitely stop by if you get the chance!

    Yum!

Although they offer pastries, cookies, bagels, and breakfast items, I wasn't hungry, but I was definitely tempted. The cashiers were nice, helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. The coffee was really good, but what I enjoyed most was the atmosphere. The shop is in an old building with high ceilings and large windows. There are different seating areas with tables, couches, and large stuffed chairs, and the space is decorated with vintage items. As I sat there, I realized it is called "Mission Coffee" for a reason: everything sold at the café supports the Visalia Rescue Mission. There were signs showing the number of meals and showers they have provided. Along with having a really good coffee shop experience, it felt good knowing that my purchase was supporting a meaningful cause.

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning, thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded. There's something for everyone on their men. I think they have some of the best matcha's around (but if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener.. you probably won't like a real matcha from here) -- I say this bc people complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol -- all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out. Plenty of spaces to work from (one of my fav spots) Service is always ask expected for hand crafted drinks and food! The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products, love that! Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha I will always come here for food/homemade pastries , a drink or to work!

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.
