This spot is crazy good. Stopped here on the way down from Sequoia NP and grabbed a matcha. The wife got a latte. We also split a turkey special keto ring. The match was so delicious and the wife said the latte was also very good. The turkey special keto ring was so yummy. Love this spot - will definitely make this a routine stop on the way down from the park.

We stopped by Clingans Junction early on a Sunday, hoping to beat the rush. They were already busy by 7:15 AM, probably because there were only 2 employees working. The interior had a rustic, cabin-like vibe, with plenty of seating. I ordered an Iced Lavender Latte (with an extra shot of espresso) and the Cali Ring. The latte was tasty, but definitely needed that extra shot. I'm always underwhelmed by west coast bagels, but I did enjoy the Cali Ring as a sandwich overall. The turkey-provolone combo hit the spot! Service was generally friendly, but not quick. Overall, Clingans Junction was worth the visit!

We stopped here on our way to Kings Canyon and im glad we did because their coffee is amazing. I tried their chai pumpkin latte and their caramel macchiato and both were amazing. We algo got a cranberry scone, a lemon coconut cookie and 2 cinnamon rolls that they offered to warmed up. I wanted to stop by again on our way back but they were closed unfortunately. Service is awesome too. 1000/10

Visited here on a trip and honestly every coffee was so delicious!!! It was super busy but they still got the drinks out. I loved the pumpkin spice latte and the Milky Way

Great place for breakfast with nice coffee, bagels and smoothies. It's busy in the morning, there's a short wait, seemed like they were understaffed. The bagels were pretty good, both the basic ring and spicy bagel were our favorite. Their smoothies were made from frozen fruits not fresh fruits. A little gem to stop for breakfast on the way to kings canyon national park

Can't believe that it's been 7 years since we first visited this coffee shop on the way out of King's Canyon! We vowed to return and stay in the cottages and have breakfast at the coffee shop every morning because it was that good. Happy to report it's just as good as we remember and waking up to the smell of their freshly brewed coffee is a bonus. Service is friendly and prompt as usual and their coffee and food are great.

What an incredible hidden gem--tucked away seemingly in the middle of nowhere, just before the north entrance to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks! We discovered this place through Google Maps while searching for the nearest café to the park, and we were genuinely impressed by how amazing it turned out to be. We ordered lattes and a spicy jalapeño cheddar bagel with cream cheese, which was baked to perfection--fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. My mom, who always requests her lattes extra hot (and is usually disappointed no matter where we go), was thrilled this time. Her latte was actually served piping hot, and I've never seen her so pleased with the temperature--she couldn't stop talking about it! The café offers plenty of seating, with cozy fire heaters indoors and some outdoor spots as well, making it a welcoming and relaxing stop. We enjoyed our visit so much that we returned the very next day and ordered the exact same thing, even though the menu was full of other tempting options. One feature we appreciated was the ability to pre-order online, which was convenient. However, it would've been even better if we could choose a specific pickup time. Since we were coming from about 30 mins away and arrived later than expected, we asked if they could reheat our coffee--and they kindly did without hesitation. We also noticed that they offer cabin rentals, which would be a great option for anyone looking to stay overnight near the park. Overall, we had a fantastic experience here. The food, service, and setting exceeded our expectations, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend stopping by if you're headed to the park!

First time trying this place and hands down turned out to become one of my top favorite coffee shops. The coffee was perfectly coffee flavor without it being overly sugary that you usually typically get nowadays at coffee chains. Bagel was delicious and stuffed!!! My husband and son got the strawberry banana smoothie and they enjoyed it as well. Not artificial tasting, but that actual strawberry flavor. I definitely recommend and will be back.

Another way overdue review! I've been doing some much-needed photo and video purging on my phone and came across pictures from our visit here in August of last year. I'm not sure how long this establishment has been here, but it was the 2nd or 3rd time driving past it on our way up to Kings Canyon. I've been camping there with family and friends since 2008. But back to the topic. In August of 2023, we finally stopped in. First on our way up the mountain and then again at the end of our camping trip. The iced coffee really hit the spot on a nice sunny day, especially after packing up camp. The two girls at the front were very friendly and helpful in offering recommendations. I went for the Honey orange blossom latte and the rest of the group opted for white chocolate mochas and caramel frappes. We all enjoyed our drinks. The place itself was clean, charming and modest. I want to say there was a more cozy area near the back with some board games. There's a restroom right outside of the coffeehouse, small but clean. I would definitely stop by again after a few days of roughing it out at camp.

Food and coffee were great! The service was super nice and a great overall ambiance and aesthetic. Really recommend this place.

    You must stop here!

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning (before patio seating and mobile orders) haha thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded (3 locations now -- Visalia, Tulare, Fresno). There's something for everyone on their Menu. I personally believe that they have some of the best matcha's around. BUT... if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener, you probably won't like a real matcha from here -- I say this because some will complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol--all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out.. definitely a favorite here in Visalia! Service and time... always as expected. You are getting hand crafted drinks and food, so don't expect them to rush. ****Rush hour in the am and during lunch hours**** The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products. This was a Huge plus for me, because sometimes I like to ask the employees for their recommendations or personal favorites! They usually end up being pretty darn good Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha my mom loves their avo or seasonal toast/ my dad loves the breakfast burritos! I will always come here for food/homemade pastries, a drink, to work, or to hang out with my loved ones! Thank you Component team for making every visit a good one

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.

It was also far too strong for a child, despite specifically asking for it to be kid-friendly. When I politely brought this up, I was surprised by how it was handled. I simply asked to add a little vanilla for it to taste better. Instead of offering to remake the drink or find a solution, I was told I would need to purchase a new one. I rarely ever ask for drinks to be redone, but this one was genuinely undrinkable. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff.
