Unfortunately, today was the coldest day yet and it was below 30° all day. I was super worried that the flowers would die out on the porch (no one was going to be home until after 4pm), but the amazing delivery driver called my phone and said they'd come back after 4 so my mom would be home to receive the flowers. I'm so, so grateful that the delivery driver was able to come back to make sure the flowers weren't sitting out in the cold. Additionally, the bouquet was beautiful and looked extremely fresh! You get more help out of the Norwich and Canterbury locations then Brooklyn. I have not been since last spring/summer I will try them again this year in hopes that the prices are more competitive with other green houses. However, I will shop around before I just buy. The flowers were not delivered on Saturday because the delivery driver left them in the cooler. The arrangement was delivered on Mother's Day, which was fine, and actually more appropriate of course. However, the arrangement I paid for didn't look exactly like the picture on the website. Cheaper Chrysanthemum flowers were used to fill it in, which were not listed in the description on their website. The arrangement is supposed to come with white roses and spray roses, lavender stock and wax flower. It doesn't say anything about chrysanthemums. Also the bow wrapped around the vase was supposed to be purple or lavender, but it was white. I know it might sound like I'm nitpicking, and my mother was happy of course, but the order cost $90 and $15 of that was for shipping and she lives 5 mi away from the flower shop. I believe if you pay premium prices for a premium product you should get the premium product the day you're supposed to get it, and it should have the flowers that the picture displayed on their website has, otherwise, to me it is false advertising, which is a lie and a cheat. This is why I gave them four stars out of five. I'm not saying don't order flowers from them, but beware you may not get exactly what you are paying for.

Jennifer noticed that a bit of paint had come off the box and onto the store shelf, so she put clear plastic around the bottom of the box and advised me to put something under it when placing it at home. She also replaced a couple of the lilies. They looked great, but Jennifer told me that after the lilies open, they do not last very long, so she replaced them with fresher ones. So nice! It's the little things. Five stars!!!
