When she finally came back, she had an attitude and was rushing me like I was inconveniencing her. The sighing and plain out annoyance in her tone wasn't extremely shocking since this isn't the first time I've had this experience with the same girl. The first time, I assumed she was having a bad day and let it go. Apparently, this is just her naturally though. Then she slammed the tray where you pick up/drop off items open and closed. She's slow and unfriendly, I don't understand why she's working with people if she doesn't like people. Needless to say, I'm going to try and avoid this location (or at least the drive thru.) I've never had an issue with any of the other staff here but this isn't my first negative encounter with her specifically. Maybe they're understaffed and can't find people who can properly do this job or maybe she's new, I'm unsure. While they don't have an app, they do offer text message alerts when your prescription is ready. It may feel a bit old school, but honestly, the human interaction more than makes up for it.
