I enjoy going to The Sacred Journey store in the Canyon Crest Town Center for some me time. Every time I am browsing throughout the shop, I am filled with a sense of peace and belonging. I know when I go in here, it's like an escape from the harsh realities of the outside world. Here I feel safe to be in contemplative thought and with a relatively quiet environment, it feels nice to not have to force conservation. To cheer myself up, I treat myself to a crystal every once in a while. I carefully read the labels that they have in their selection, and pick crystals based on what I resonate with most. They just stare at you the entire time repeatedly asking the same question about their trays after saying no, and the man at check out has an attitude problem. Products are still great, and this is still my favorite store, but it does suck that the workers will make you feel pretty uncomfortable. The Sacred Journey is a lovely little crystal shop right outside my husband's home town that we recently stopped in for the first time. We took his sister along with us for the ride, and all ended up spending way too much money LOL. The crystal selection is superb, and Michelle is a lovely lady. She and her son were very hospitable to my husband, sister-in-law, and myself. She took the time to explain a lot of things to us, answered any questions we had, and also shared a bit about a few spiritual classes that she hosts right there in the store. So cool! I walked into this store that seemed so beautiful in appearance. I quickly received a cold welcome. The staff didn't express any words. I tried saying something flattering and asking questions about their services. One staff just looked at me. The other staff stated that what I was looking for wasn't readily available. I spoke to owners of a different nearby establishment. The owners of the neighboring establishment explained that many people of color don't feel welcomed at the crystal store. Just visited this store today. It's much smaller than I thought it would be. Honestly though I felt like we were being watched the entire time and it was uncomfortable. At the entrance they have a small box that you fill with the stones you want which are separated by price. I only had 3 and the lady at the register still managed to overcharge me on one of the stones. The same lady dropped incense and my sister bent down to help and she said "I got it". Ok she was just trying to help. The energy is off in this store. I used to go to Lady of the Lake in Temecula which I loved for their prices and friendly employees but I've since moved. I won't be back to this store though so I'll keep searching or get my stones online. read more

I always love visiting new crystal shops in the area. They are always so relaxing and such a vibe when walking into one. This one is in a plaza with other business but with plenty of parking, especially on during the week. They had all sorts of crystals with clear names and what they represent and/or help with. They also had CDs with music, books to read, cards, jewelry and various crystals in different sizes. Everything is organized very well and loved how everything flowed. I live across the street and visit quite often, personally I love the store, the vibe and the male employees are very kind! Now Michelle on the other hand seems to be anti-children as she always gives mine a dirty look or just have this disgusted look on her face when kids are in the store. She will also follow you around and watch you very uncomfortably. The double charging and charging up is true I really loved this place and still do but please be mindful of what you buy I went to my car and counted the amount I paid to the items and looked at my receipt and was charged +6 extra this was only when she rang me up I felt extremely off that's why I had to check when I got to my car, she rarely works the register but if she happens to just make sure to take a picture prior of the amount of each stone and check your receipt. We came midday on a weekend, dead, one other customer browsing. The place had no air circulation, stuff, and dusty. The store owner Michelle, was bored, rude, and not helpful. Prices were marked differently than they were rang up. She couldn't explain the difference between listed display prices and her own mark up at the register. She was not friendly, aloof, and seemed bored to be there. There were some unlabeled fossils and rocks, when we asked, she mumbled something we couldn't hear. We didn't ask again because she seemed super annoyed. Why give bad vibes and bad service when you're selling gemstones and crystals to people who are already willing and eager to buy? We made our purchase, but we don't recommend this place, and will most definitely not come back. I guess we have to resort to Earthbound at Tyler Galleria. read more

So I really want to love this place - although they have a great selection of crystals everything is SO DUSTY it makes it uncomfortable to shop.. im not the cleanest person, but the amount of dust accumulated in a store that is meant to give off great energy lacks exactly that. You are hardly acknowledged, which also gives off a weird vibe. I think it is important to invest in a cleaning team and someone who is knowledgeable and eager to help working there. first time going yesterday 9/16/2023, and I went with my friend. Spent an hour or so looking around and talking to one of the employees and got some wonderful guidance about grounding and shielding. purchased a book that the owner wrote, and bought a few grounding and shielding crystals. it was a wonderful experience and the vibe is uplifting. I noticed when the employee was using sound and vibration and my body reacted and opened up and got spiritual chills (in a good way). anyways, highly recommend this place 10/10 read more

I really love the energy of this store. I love the crystals. I'm at a point in my life where I'm seeking spirituality. I like to come to this store and look at everything and catch the vibe. My first time here I bought an Opalite for work with my third eye. Even though Opalite is man made glass, it's frickin powerful-I've been dreaming all night long and remembering my dreams since I bought it. The overwhelming majority of crystals here seem legit and fairly priced. I do wish they had disclaimers about Opalite and bismuth (they don't grow in the earth but are still powerful). But you can feel safe that when you connect with a stone it is what it says it is, it's not plastic or something. The people who work here are always courteous. They're there if I have a question but they don't bug me or pressure me or use annoying sales tactics. They also don't hover while I browse which I appreciate bc I usually spend an hour here. I always feel more peaceful and grounded after I leave. read more

I was having such a bleh day when I woke up and I just knew my mental health was going to win today and all I wanted was a depression nap in my depression cave (aka under the blankets in a dark room with no sound) but i managed to get dressed and came across this store and I walked in and felt overwhelming safe. Charlie introduced himself to my wife and I and he was so sweet to give us a little goodie with our first purchase. I also love the incense. It burns very cleanly and the scents are light and long-lasting. The people behind the counter have been consistently helpful. They also offer spiritual services like different sorts of readings, so they're a place to check out if you're looking for those.
