They have an extensive collection of figurines and paints for games like DnD, Pathfinder, etc. as well as handbooks and various rulebooks/info books for these games. The people are super friendly! The prices of games and books here, from what I looked at, were about $10 cheaper than other stores! Also, it's open late every night for fun. I was told no and that it was first come first serve. I even asked if just one box could be held since I live a fair distance from the store and was told no again. I came in today shortly after opening and was told the product was sold out. While at the counter, I could see two sealed boxes behind it. When I asked about them, I was told those boxes were on hold. I explained that I had called ahead and was clearly told holds were not allowed. A woman named Amy came out, said the store does allow holds, said she was not sure who I spoke with, and blamed a new employee. There was no ownership of the situation and no attempt to make it right. I was not even offered the option to purchase one box. As a first time potential customer, this was enough for me to walk away without buying anything and they had other selections. I will be sharing this experience with friends and would encourage others to consider this when deciding where to shop.
