This is an update of my previous review. The owner Howard called me back after I reached out to him earlier this week. I thought he was going to resolve this issue and apologize that I was unhappy. Unfortunately, he also said that I waited too long to contact them which was on Tuesday morning. My massage was Friday night. He mentioned that he contacted his legal department and they recommended that I get another massage from a different therapist and pay for it at a discounted rate. There is no way that I am going to give any more money for a massage when I was definitely cheated out of the one that I paid for. I will be going online to the Massage board website to report this as well as the therapist who performed my horrible massage. read more

I found this place on Groupon and it was so wonderful. I originally booked it because they had a location in Decatur but when i called they stated that they only had locations in buckhead and Alpharetta so i opted for the Alpharetta location. They share a space with a dental offices so you have to walk around and upstairs to get to their suite. Once you arrived you are swept away to a relaxing retreat with a large water fountain and offered water while you wait. I got the body scrub and hot stone massage it was soo relaxing, one of the best massages I've ever had. I asked her to focus on my neck and lower back and she definitely did. Very relaxing experience!! I went in for a 60 minute hot stone massage and a 45 min reflexology foot massage. Both were perfect. Isabel was very thorough in the beginning asking about areas of focus and proper pressure. She also doesn't try to talk or chitchat at all allowing you to enjoy the experience. I didn't want to get up and leave!! They offer a package for $49 for an hour massage monthly. I didn't accept it this time since I rarely have a day off but it's a great deal considering my experience today!! I will definitely return and tell others to come here!
