There's a really sweet woman named Jen who always greets and has a smile for everyone coming in the door. I've never had a bad experience at this store, until today. Sunday, August 10, 2025. I found an Atari flashback 4 and Jen helped me by allowing me to open the used item to make sure the power cord was in the box. I was still on the fence about buying it because of the price at $31. I decided to stand off to the side and look up a few videos (muted) to see if the preloaded games were something i'd like to play. Out of nowhere an older woman came up to me and got in my face. I was a bit startled and I realized she must be an employee. Turns out she was the Manager. I'm 51 years old and this woman berated me like a 3 year old in front of other customers and employees. She said angrily that I was not allowed to look up items while in the store. I was kind of shocked she spoke to me in this way and I thought it was a joke at first. Then she started to grab for the item and said she would put it back on the shelf. At this point I was trying to keep it together. I had done nothing to be treated that way. I have always looked up items while in this store and never been accosted like that. I told her that I would stop looking on my phone, but I was keeping the item. She was pissed I didn't give it to her. She walked away in a huff to the back room. I had other items in my hand as well totaling over $40 and I was about 2 min away from making the purchase before she got in my face. After that insane treatment I walked up to Jen and told her what happened and said I won't be buying these items after all. Jen was very nice and apologized for the way I was treated. I will be back and I will always look up items. If that woman talks to me like that again I will just ignore her. Very rude manager!

She brought us so many wonderful times till she sadly passed last week. We told them what type of second dog to keep Bonny comfortable we were looking for. They called us to recommend a fun little beagle named Fiona in 2020. Love at first site. The staff was very helpful and friendly. After 35 yrs of cats, they found us two great dogs. We`ll be returning now to have them help us find Fiona a much needed companion. It`s a tough and pretty thankless job they do. I commened and thenk them.

It is not published anywhere on any of their media. I contacted them via Facebook. The shelter read my message and had no comment. If a previous adopter fills out and submits an application, the process should close immediately. It's cruel to give false hope to others.
