This store is so much better than the new ones…read morethey keep opening This store is rather new but it still has the charm of the old Goodwill stores. I used to love to shop at the 28th St. store in Kentwood and the one on Plainfield in Grand Rapids - could spend an entire afternoon there - but as soon as they opened new facilities, they lost the "treasure hunt" feel they had before. Now they carry a lot of newer things, the prices keep going up and the "hunt" is not the fun it used to be. When I want new things at a discount I go to T.J. Maxx and get quality for less, not leftover junk from Target that usually has something wrong with it. Wake up Goodwill, don't lose what you have going for you!

This place seems like a hybrid of both. Prices seem to be right around the Goodwill range or even less (and like Goodwill, they were offering 50% off of certain colored tags). I hope you've got Macklemore playing in your head because I know I do. I got the velcros ... Anyway, decent variety of older games and toys, lots of kids clothing in a wide range of sizes, even some maternity bras and clothing for mothers, and a huge rack for shoes in the back. As is off in the case, there were three times as many girls shoes as boys. The spot is definitely way off the beaten path -- tucked in the very back corner of a strip mall at the corner of Gulll and Sprinkle roads (if you've found Main Street Pub you've got the right building -- it's around the back).

We usually go to Five and Below to grab some portable chargers and Tshirts for my siblings. They also have items and accessories that are less than $5 from time to time. Their return policy is up to 2 weeks: Keep your receipts. I like to keep my receipts electronically since the paper could be lost some times. The service is usually great. We haven't had any bad service as of yet.
