No more bell ringers. Just QR codes. The products you have donated to you are FREE. They are not the cream of the crop. Broken dressers for $79.00. Filthy chairs for $40.00 each. Side tables made of composite wood that has gotten wet $39.99. Ridiculous. No one wants to pay that for damaged goods. And your clothing just went up also. READ THE ROOM. look at your community .

These eclectic antique shops are so much fun! We had a blast wandering through and found a number of furniture pieces we would've bought if we could take them back home on the plane with us! 10/10 recommend checking this lovely store out, which is located in an antique building in a stretch of antique stores. They are constantly updating stock which includes yard art, tools, wall hangings, hunting decoys, some furniture, and a lot of ceramic collectibles, knick-knacks, and artistic objects. And they have two cute pups! They are situated on the US 12 Heritage Garage Sale route, which is held annually and is 200 miles long.

This place seems like a hybrid of both. Prices seem to be right around the Goodwill range or even less (and like Goodwill, they were offering 50% off of certain colored tags). I hope you've got Macklemore playing in your head because I know I do. I got the velcros ... Anyway, decent variety of older games and toys, lots of kids clothing in a wide range of sizes, even some maternity bras and clothing for mothers, and a huge rack for shoes in the back. As is off in the case, there were three times as many girls shoes as boys. The spot is definitely way off the beaten path -- tucked in the very back corner of a strip mall at the corner of Gulll and Sprinkle roads (if you've found Main Street Pub you've got the right building -- it's around the back).

There's plenty of used clothing (the store's policy is to pay 40 percent of what they plan to sell them for for items from the last few seasons or $1 for anything older). I scored a $100 swimsuit in like-new condition for $8 and was delighted. They also carry designer purses up behind the counter for considerably below retail. On my few visits I've seen Coach, Kate Spade and more designer handbags.

Steps away from the J. Petter Galleries I almost missed this gem after leaving the gallery and wine…read moreshop next door (or just a few block walk from downtown Douglas). It featured creative and whimsical items which you could easily fill your house with or purchase for gifts. Many of the items seemed well priced and I would have purchased a few things if I weren't planning on moving. And who ever the silver fox was working behind the counter HUBBA HUBBA.
