I appreciate people having a place to have community and worship in the place of their choice. The volume of the church service with the doors open is unacceptable to me. The sound travels through to adjoining businesses and residences. Everyone deserves to coexist without disturbing one another's peace ,whatever that peace is. Please be mindful of your neighbors and know that if people want to worship with you, they will find you without the volume as outreach. read more

I am actually amazed at the kindness of the people . Really thought people were not this kind and caring anymore, I met some caring and kind and no pressure people there.. when I came back they hug still hug and really hold you for a minute and they reach out to you, they did me And the Pastor Jay is real, I am shocked at such an amazing and caring Pastor and I am eating the word like crazy and am being so blessed by the word that is being taught . Too much a show with lights flashing & much of the charismatic by shouting. Heard interruptions from the regulars. Seen several people came so late. Looks so bad coming to service restricting to certain seats and not clear. Volunteers need to be a bit better on awareness to handle situations but more important treat new people well too. Clean to come and looks nice with lockers but lack the welcome here coming in. read more

Visited this church a few weeks ago because I heard great things about it and Pastor Jay Haizlip. Although I do have a home church and we don't live near The Sanctuary, my husband and I loved the vibe here. We felt very welcomed. Pastor Jay Haizlip does have sound doctrine and doesn't just teach what itching ears want to hear, he teaches the Bible. He has an energetic way to reach the people goiing through tough times in this dark world with God's word. The Sanctuary is a little different from my home church where it's more like a bible study but The Holy Spirit is doing some amazing things here by getting everyone on fire for Jesus. We live an hour away but we will try to attend service at least once a month or watch his sermons online. Keep it up Pastor Jay Haizlip! read more

This church has very friendly people who are very positive and inspiring. My family and I appreciate their ministry and fellowship. This church is all about 2nd chances and they also embrace the sport of skateboarding. My 12 year old daughter, along with our family, faced extreme adversity, like many others. Skateboarding was the outlet to deal with that stress. Having both worlds blend is truly amazing! Growing up with a father who was a pastor, I know what the experience of church and God is. With that said, this is an elevated experience from that and I see my kid's eyes light up when she is with youth her age, learning about God, doing things she loves. Thank you! read more

The people who are a part of this church are very friendly and welcoming. The music was uplifting. The pastor's sermon was biblical. What I wasn't expecting was anointings, healings and speaking in tongues. That is just not my beliefs. So if you want that, maybe this is a good place to go, but I won't be returning. read more

If I could give this church zero stars I would. I went to church on Thursday, April 8, 2021 and got kicked out because I have a service dog. I had between four or five people come up to me and ask for documentation and even after I told him it was illegal to ask that they still insisted that I needed it. I am a type one diabetic with severe hypoglycemia which is why I have my dog in the first place. They told me that my dog is a liability to them because they don't know if he will bite but in their presence and in the presence of so many other people he was quiet, calm, and all his attention was on making sure I was OK. They proceeded to tell me that I could attend the church live but couldn't be there. One of the female workers who was there told me that it is legal to ask all the questions she was asking when I showed proof it actually was illegal. read more

I was first introduced to the Sanctuary Church in 2005 by my beautiful friend and sister in Christ Carey who attended the same NA Mtgs, learning about God through another church on Friday nights lines lines at the Crossing. I have been attending The Sanctuary for over 5 years and I love my church. Pastor Jay Haizlip is funny, real and hip. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. No matter what your situation, they are always here with open arms. If you can't make service, you can watch live online. If you missed a service, you can download the app. You can also use the app for tithing. There's parking on campus or a little further down which is close enough for walking but they do have shuttles as well. They believe in working in the community so there are always events for providing food, clothes and school supplies for those in need. This is a no judgement area. All are welcome. read more

This church has changed my life. It's a real church for real people (their logo isn't lying) Pastor Jay Haizlip is a incredible man of God with a great testimony. The worship/music is uplifiting and the people are alive! During service I am not constantly watching my clock wondering when it's over. Came to church with a larg group for Easter. I do not want to come back after rudely being informed that children either have to sit in the back or go to a class but can not sit up front with the rest of the family. I do not see a problem with a two year old sitting with his mom. read more

I have been attending The Sanctuary for 2 years now and in these two years I have grown more than in the 24 years I have known the Lord. It blows me away at how God moves and his Spirit is free to move in a new way each service. I love that there is something for everyone from every age. God has blessed me in so many ways through the word of God spoken and the love I receive from his people there. Its that love that kept me coming back. Now my brother has been attending as well as to see God move in his life in a huge way blesses me every day.
