They advertise one price online, then you show up in-store and suddenly the price is higher. In my case, cartridges were listed at $12, but once I got there, the price was $15. Then they tried to explain it away with excuses about "pre-tax" pricing. That should be clearly stated upfront. Customers should not have to drive to the store just to find out the real price is different from what was advertised. That is misleading, plain and simple. The quality is just as bad. The flower is trash, the pricing is not transparent, and the customer service does not help. The budtender even tried to tell me that "all places do it this way," which is a weak excuse and not true across the board. Even if it were common, that still does not make it right. Be upfront with your prices. Stop wasting people's time. Stop advertising one thing and charging another when customers arrive. One star for the pricing games, poor quality, and dismissive service.
