On to the food: We started with a bowl of seafood gumbo. It was very thick, not watery, and had lots of shrimp, crab, crawfish, and okra. 10 of 10 and the hit of the night. I will return just for the gumbo. My wife got the Zydeco Pasta for her meal. Not too spicy and full of flavor. Maybe a tad to much andouille, but 7 of 10. I got the Crawfish Etouffe. A little mild for my taste but delicious. 8 of 10. We also got a Blackened Fish Bites appetizer with our meals. I wish it was catfish, but they used Haddock.
