Wally has taken on deceptive business practices this year for their wings special. You used to have to order one drink and got refills with the wings that you bought 1,2, or 3 baskets. This year they charge you for each refill, pack the smaller cups with ice so there's almost no soda in them, and they have cut the size of the wings in half from a normal order. That's not so bad but scamming the customer on soda that cost them maybe $.20 to produce from a syrup and municipal water is not cool. Won't be going back. Goats quality is hit or miss depending on chef. Also checking on wing policy for me a different answer in manchester Newburyport and Wally's Hampton. No where is it posted as of this message. No disclosure in menu website signage or the waitresses who when you ask for a soda refill say nothing about the new added charges. Really bad business practice. I took my 82 yr old mother here for her yearly birthday lobster meal. Wally's offers twin lobsters under $20 on Tuesdays. Can't beat it. We sat around 12:30pm. We had an excellent experience. Clean environment. We sat outside on the benches. Waitress was efficient, friendly and accommodating. The lobster meal was thoroughly enjoyed. The ambience was fun. Bought a few cool Wally"s stickers. I got the fish and chips with awesome onion rings. The batter tasted fresh and cooking oil clean which took this fried meal and made it mouthwatering. Took advantage of the nice weather and took a ride up to Hampton Beach on the bike. Stopped off at Wally's for some lunch and to cool off for a bit. They were pretty busy with not much seating available, however I was able to grab a table outside after a little wait. The server was friendly and took care of my order, and the food came out very fast (although just a cold sandwich). The Italian Sub was actually really big, and packed with meat, etc. Came with chips and a pickle too. read more

It's a biker bar, so the atmosphere is biker bar rustic. If you can live with leather and a big fat Trump bumper sticker welcoming you as you enter, you will like the food, the daily specials and the service. My boyfriend and a groups of my friends came here for the Warped band tour 1/30/2026. after the first drink for both of us on our tab my boyfriend was told he wasn't allowed anymore drinks for the entire night. Mind you he was the designated driver and we had bought tickets for the event that night and live near by. (I live in the area and he lives in NE). After asking the reason for the refusal of service I was told " it's a courtesy we are even serving you". We were here for less than an hour and were mingling with our friends in front of the bar before this occurred. I've been to Wally's a few times and have never experienced this. We were in Hampton Beach and decided to give Wally's another shot for their prime rib. We got there around 4 PM--right when they start serving--and were seated fairly quickly. But that's where the good part ended. We sat for 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us--not a single offer for drinks or appetizers. We flagged down a couple of different waitresses, who gave us vague responses like, "We'll find someone," but no one actually came. When we finally did get drinks, we were ignored for another 30 minutes, only to be told that the prime rib wouldn't be ready for another hour. That was fine, but what wasn't fine was the continued lack of service. No one came to check on us. An hour later, someone finally came back, took our order for appetizers and drinks again, and then disappeared for another 30 minutes. It wasn't until the food came out that the service improved--but by then the experience had already gone downhill. Wally's seems more focused on catering to the beer-drinking crowd than to paying customers who are actually there for a meal. The service was careless, inattentive, and disorganized. Great place to see a show and dance alone because everyone is white knuckling their corona watching the stage with a blank face and their mouthes agape . The prices of the food are very reasonable, even with everything being more expensive in general and the same generous portions , fills you up . It's good Service, minimal wait but can also tell the food is fresh isn't dry sitting around all day , The drinks are very reasonable as well , good variety , weaker fruity stuff and other standard ones not too weak and plenty of beer on tap, make it known they prefer Townies but sort of get it " Tourists the other white meat ". The music they play is typically awesome , solid two hours of 90s Rap and Rock KoRn, Metallica Cypress Hill, Eminem etc before it turned Country, rare it seems these days usually gotta sit through that entire night and or Folk . The porch is also nice and they don't make Smokers walk down the street which is obviously potentially dangerous at night yet still enough ventilation for Non-smokers. Only real complaint is the Women's room , the Space Heater is placed in a flammable way near towels , no soap available spreads germs and could use a good spray down in general, dirty . Let me start off by saying the waitstaff is great! I am a local and frequented this establishment very frequently. With that said, I will not be returning to this place or any of the others he owns. The bouncer (Ed) had my vehicle towed from a legitimate parking spot, when showed the picture he said nothing he could do. Long story short if you want to avoid fines and trouble stay away from this tourist trap. It will cost you$$$$$!!! I would never go to this restaurant. EVER. I am a single mother of four on vacation and we went to Wallys yesterday for their10 cent wing deal... After also eating there multiple times this week including lobster night. My four children each ordered 10 wings and could not finish them. Right in front of my kids, they threw there wings in the garbage stating "you cannot take them home." Ridiculous. Total, we would have taken home about 12 wings? Really? I wanted to write a good review for this place because the week before me and the wife went to have the twin lobster special and it was good, but then this time I decide that this would be a great place to bring the whole family down from out of state to try. My family came in from California and we were hyping them up for this experience. We arrived at 5:30 put our name down for a 45 minute wait for this, we waited an hour and 15. We all spent time getting drinks waiting. Come to being seated our waitress who was very courteous took our order of 7 twin lobster specials. 5 mins go by and she tells us there are no more. I don't understand how by 6:50 you run out by then, there are many still coming in and being seated for this special you're telling me with the whole night ahead you're not going to have any lobster for anyone on a summer day past 7:00?? This was very upsetting we went down the street to Charlie's instead where we were quickly seated and had our food out in a very timely manner. Forget Wally's for the special on a Tuesday. So this is a true biker bar with food so you must be ok with that to start. OnTuesday's they serve lobsters! You can't screw that up so we gave it a try.
