If you're looking for a school that's "not just daycare," please, look no further! The team works relentlessly to meet the needs of families, those who are invested in their child's education and passionate about the Montessori approach to learning. Tours are offered daily and all throughout the day to accommodate working parents. I urge you to schedule your tour today!

As first time parents, we were extremely nervous to put our infant in daycare. We were new to the area and selected the school because it was within a 13 min drive to our home. We had no idea what to expect and just prayed that everything would work out. From day 1, we were struck by the remarkable level of care and attention provided by the teachers, known as "guides." These guides have shaped our daughter's early life with their boundless patience (with us), kindness, and genuine devotion to each child's unique development -- (Shout out to Ms. Vijaya, Ms. Michelle, Ms. Manisha, Ms. Fozia). Along with all the extensive training they go through, most of the guides are parents to young children themselves. They were able to help us navigate being first time parents and what to expect with our daughter's milestones, etc. During pickup, they would say, "Charlotte looks like she is ready to start walking in the next week or so" and like clockwork, she started walking. I would have never known the signs of readiness without the help of the knowledgeable guides.  The transparency and responsiveness of the administrators, Dr. Ali (Head of School) and Ms. Stephanie (Assistant Head of School) has been a constant source of reassurance for us. Dr. Ali and Ms. Stephanie know everyone's name (parents included) and the goingabouts in each classroom. We also regularly see them playing with the children because they genuinely care about the students.  As for the "montessori philosophy," I just thought it was another gimmick. But I was wrong! Our daughter's time at Guidepost Kendall Park has been marked by independence, curiosity, and a love for learning. Each day she comes home having learned a new skill (e.g., completing complex puzzles, drinking out of a tiny cup on her own, knowing how to put her toys away, doing the hand motions to "the itzy bitzy spider," etc.). I know she did not learn that stuff from us and I believe that not all daycares have the structure in place that enables children to learn these skills. To sum it up, Guidepost Kendall Park has given our daughter the best possible start in life, and for that, we're immensely grateful. Unfortunately, we are moving out of state and have to leave Guidepost Kendall Park at the end of the month. We will be transferring to another Guidepost school (which Dr. Ali and Ms. Stephanie helped facilitate). We can only hope the new school will be as great as the Kendall Park school.

Today, we took him to TLE for the last time ever. He was only there for half a day, however he came back with a bruise on his neck, a large bruise on his forehead and small red dots on his face from crying so hard (something he has never experienced before no matter how hard he cries) My wife picked him up and no one was able to explain to her what happened to him. I then went back with him to find out what happened and I was told he probably banged his head on the door. Later I received a phone call from his teacher explaining that he fell from a chair and hit his head and she had to put ice on it. No incident report was filed, no phone call was made to us (even though we called during the day, clearly concerned about him and were told he's doing wonderful). I feel so guilty for taking my son there and wish I had trusted the feedback I thought I was receiving from him. I know kids will always get hurt. However my reason for never going back is how little they appeared to care. I can't trust them to do enough to prevent injuries and I can't trust them to respond appropriately once an injury has occurred

You…read morecan see that she truly loves her job, gives it her all, and genuinely cares about every single child in her school. My daughter had delayed gross motor skills and Ms. Bushra was the first to bring it to my attention (again showing she knows all of the kids and keeps a close eye on them) and helped me come up with a plan as to what I could do out of school as well as what they would do to help her and now she has significantly improved. As a teacher myself, I think she is one of the best leaders I have ever seen! I have 2 children, and both started at the center as infants. Over the past 5 years, Ms. Karen has been in the infant room and she is amazing, as well as the other infant teachers. It can be scary sending your baby to a center, especially first time parents, but they are in wonderful hands. As a teacher I also love the structure of the center. No matter the age, there is a time frame for what they will do each day. Children need structure and they get it here. My children love it here...my 5 year old sometimes says at 5pm, "wait mom...can you get my sister first, I want to finish my drawing." I feel that my son is ready for kindergarten next year. He can read, write, do math, arts & crafts, has learned Spanish & Mandarin, has the opportunity to do hands on activities, and plays soccer (or other free play activities) in Make Believe Boulevard & play outside on the playground daily. The food is always a nice balanced healthy diet. It is also a nice time saver when you don't have to prep food (except for when they are infants). The kids also love the periodic celebrations: trunk or treat w/ parade, holiday celebrations, mother/father's day celebrations, etc. After searching around price wise, this center is also very reasonably priced compared to others in the nearby area. I have recommended this center to multiple friends and they all are very happy as well. My family highly recommends this center! -Lauren F. Nearby Public School Teacher

However, this was the only place that gave us a similar vibe like the other place he was at. Upon meeting Ms. Jessica (the prior director) - it felt as if we had known her for a really long time. She really sold us. Throughout our time here, we've been able to communicate any observations and concerns without any issues. They celebrate all the holidays and it makes you feel like you're part of an BIG family. They also have special themes throughout the year. It's not that big of a daycare so you really get to know everyone working there and start to become familiar with all the other parents and their kids. I do wish they still had their gym but they are currently using it for the North Brunswick public school Pre-K. Otherwise, quality education with lots of structure and every age has a cricculum no matter what age.
