Hmmm. This guy posted a valid review with his photo, but yelp "not recommended" it.

This is an excellent food truck. The wolverine Reuben is...it's...Jesus, it's a good sandwich. It's a fantastic sandwich. In fact, the only way it could be better is if it were a little bigger. We've had most of their products, and all have been very good, or great. Food truck prices...but that's probably because it's a food truck. The service is friendly and fast. What else can I say? Five Stars!

My Dads favorite sandwich; the Wolverine Reuben.

Good Mexican food is a "thing" now in Toledo. You have no excuse to have bad Mexican other than…read moreyou've had too many cheap margaritas. Located in a little food cart at the intersection of Bancroft and Ashland, Antojitos Laredo is serving killer Mexican at low prices appropriate for the neighborhood it's in. I believe they haul the cart away at night, so if you drive by and don't see it, don't worry... it will be back. Soft tacos with all of the toppings are delicioso! The pork tamales are great! The hot sauce is yummy, complex and REALLY hot! Warning, they don't sell individual tamales, so you'll have to commit to at least 6. Which in my opinion, is a good problem to have. The location is a little odd at first, but there is some great people watching as the Ashland / Bancroft intersection sees a lot of traffic. It's located right next to the brand spanking new Dollar General store, and across the street from that dodgy gas station. 5 stars for a taco truck in the hood? You betcha. This place is legit, and so so close to my house I know it's going to be the death of me. But if this is how I am going to die, I am going to die a happy man.

So happy Toledo is getting into the food truck scene!! Unfortunately I usually don't have time…read moreduring my lunch to head out to one! :( Hence my excitement for the Toledo Food Truck Festival! The line for this place was ridiculous, which is a good thing!!! I am glad I waited!!! I had the New Orleans which was salami, capicola, monterrey jack, olive tampenade, and a red wine sauce type thing. It. was. phenomenal. The bread was fantastic and the tampenade had a really great flavor. My dad had the Mexico without sour cream and said it was really great (and for my dad to say that about a sandwich without meat is extremely impressive!). My only problem with the food is that they kept running out while we were in line!!! haha :) But again, we were very happy with our sandwiches!!! Highly recommend!

I was excited to see that they have veggie dogs available, and the different topping combos sounded awesome. I ordered the Justice with a veggie dog (coleslaw, mustard and onion) and my fiancé ordered a Schnitzel (sauerkraut, mustard, onions) and a Tex (chili, cheddar, onions) with regular beef hot dogs. Mine came out with coleslaw and a pickle, and my veggie dog looked like it hadn't even touched the grill. Microwaved, maybe? It was only slightly warm in the middle. His dogs were also lukewarm at best, but they did have the right toppings. Two stars because it wasn't inedible, but I like my hot dogs hot.

4.5 I hadn't been to Mama's Kitchen in over a year at least…read moreand this time picked up a carryout order for six people. Walking in for the order, it was the same wonderful down-to-earth diner ambiance that I love! I have come to believe that carryout can be more difficult for both staff and customers because it needs to be done right at the beginning because there's no opportunity to correct things later- without a return visit. There were a few things that weren't quite right and I'm not sure if it had to do with me reading texts from my family, if I got it wrong, or if it was on the part of the restaurant. No matter, it had to do with side dishes and not main entrees. Still, the little things could have been easily remedied if we had dined at the restaurant- which wasn't an option for many reasons, including the restaurant's limited hours, as they were only open until 3pm on a Sunday. When I picked up the orders, a staff member helped me carry the bags out to my car, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone at this restaurant was super nice! Since we were celebrating my mom's birthday, her entree was the most important and she said the liver and onions were delicious. My nephew was very happy with his chicken chunks. My niece didn't complain about her beef nachos. My brother and sister in law said their orders were just okay - a philly sandwich with onion rings and a turkey sandwich with gravy and onion rings. They said the sandwiches lacked flavor. Since they didn't comment about the onion rings, I'm judging from the photos that they looked amazing. My Turkey Reuben was fabulous, along with the fries. Plus, the side of Thousand Island dressing was perfectly delicious. It's hard to make everyone happy, so my rating is partly based upon my consistently excellent experience at Mama's Kitchen, including omelettes and other breakfast/brunch food. I would overall recommend Mama's Kitchen for its delicious homemade dishes and warm service. Therefore, I'm rounding up to five stars for this unassuming diner that generally over-delivers at a great value for your money!
