One meal was very good. One was so messy it was impossible to eat. The third was inedible. They did take it off the bill and substituted with a salad but by that time everyone else was finished eating. The live music made it impossible to visit with family. Well, let's start with the good. The food was all very good, the tomato soup was out of this world. We've been going every Sunday for 4 weeks and enjoyed it. Today Our server acted like she couldn't be bothered to be there... The bartender was rude and dismissive and wouldn't cash our Keno ticket or even a acknowledge that we were there... you know that it's terrible service when two of the other workers (who have waited on us the past 3 weeks) came over and asked if they could help us bc they could see we weren't being helped at all. We are local to the area. We've eaten in the dining area and in the bar area at high tops, depending on our mood. Atmosphere is very casual. They often have live music which is always fun. Wait staff has always been friendly, obviously if it's a busy night it can sometimes be a bit slower. Love the food! The Smoked Boneyard flavor chicken wings with sweet potato fries are awesome and our favorite. Mac and cheese is creamy and delicious. The pretzels are plate size and a big hit with the kids. Fried mozzarella sticks well proportioned. Yes things are a bit pricey but that is the case everywhere nowadays. We will definitely return. read more

This place is wonderful. I am visiting Toledo and this was a recommended place to go near the airport. Every single thing I ate was fabulous! Highly recommend the sweet tea lemonade. The customer service was great too. Everyone went out of their way to make it a great experience. I should add that what really impressed me was how they made an effort to accommodate my disability. Used to be delicious-- now it's disappointing! My family and I have been coming here for years and recently they have changed their menu. Service is and has always been good, so the low rating is due to the changes in food. I used to love their sweet heat chicken chunks- they were breaded perfectly and the sauce was the perfect consistency and spice level. Today, the chunks were chewy and bland, and the sauce was watery and unappealing. Similarly, I went here with a friend the other day and we ordered the mac and cheese (which we used to LOVE here) and now it tastes like it is straight out of a box. We were also sad to see they removed charcuterie and pizza from the menu. Appetizers still seem the same quality. Overall i'm sad to say we will be going elsewhere. Really didn't want to give up on this place because we've been going here forever and it's a great local spot. Hoping they change the menu/recipes back to their original quality. read more

They had a delicious charcuterie board a few years ago, and delicious bloody Mary's. I went again and was bummed to discover they no longer had the board. We ordered 3 appetizers instead : large pretzel, fish dip, cheesy bread and marinara sauce - and they were all sub par. It reminded me of slightly elevated concession stand food. The cheese dips for the pretzel were cold, fish dip tasted like it was out of a can and the cheesy bread and marinara sauce was almost inedible. The staff is awesome and the drinks are good. I won't even ding them for playing country music every now and then If you're looking for something different, try the giant pretzel. It comes with 4 dipping sauces. Uhhhhh Salmon came by itself grilled which was scrumptious and juicy, I suspected it was undercooked in the middle but personally didn't mind but I should warn about that. Like said it was the worst cut of salmon, the tail/bottom cut for 25$ for JUST the fish. Hamburger was delicious had a fiery taste and was juicy, size was about a big Mac size for lack of better comparison. 15$ for burger alone is just the only downside. We came from Boulder, Colorado to visit friends and met up at Local Thyme. This is by far the best place to experience the unique flavors that the owner, Skip Walker has created over time. Countless hours of experimenting with cherry wood smoked corned beef, pork, wings resulting in memorable meals. Mac and cheese to die for! Family and friends will love the variety of food and drinks served. Humble, non-pretentious atmosphere is a calming and welcome feeling when you enter, so when the food comes it blows you away! Pricing is in line, but portions are way more than any other spot I've been to in Ohio. Can't find this in Colorado, so I will just have to keep coming back! read more

I had a hamburger and fries. It was prepared as requested and delicious. The fries were fair style and great. She also asked vinegar. We had a buffalo dip appetizer that was fabulous. They take care in preparing and delivering food. Some people I was with got the special which was a chicken parmesan sandwich and it was great. One got a chicken sandwich and was also great. The menu is primarily sandwiches and some standard American fair. They sell beer and drinks as well. The only potential improvement is more lighting. Definitely worth a try!
