One of the patrons helped me out with some extra detergent which was much appreciated and kind. There was a ton of what I think was someone's weave all over the floor, and it was pretty rude and sloppy of that person to not have taken 10-15 seconds to clean up after themselves. The machines were a great value and well maintained. The area seemed a bit rough but that's most laundromats I visit. The barbershop patrons next door were quite loud and lively, but you can't hate on that happiness and passion. Unless you're my dog, because loud men upset him quite a bit as a general rule. I might visit again, but not alone and maybe without my dog to bark and get upset. The vacuum cleaning in the parking lot has very low suction, I went though the motions of vacuuming my car but it didn't do much. Haha!

They seemed to understanding, acknowledging they understood, having had extensive conversations. Well when we finally went to pick up our clothes, over a hundred dollars of dry cleaning was stolen, we were told the manager went thought our clothes and took some!! My spouse just told me let's just get what's left and leave. We had close to a $1000 in dry cleaning at that store, you lost customers for life.

Problem Solved: I delivered the chocolate hard shell sauce stained blazer to Curry Dry Cleaners at 7:30 Friday morning. I explained the entire situation and that our guest was only here for the football weekend. Curry Dry Cleaners examined the blazer and determined fairly quickly that they could remove the stain! Wow, really?!Then they asked if I wanted to pick it up later in the day for our out of town guest! Yes, yes, yes, customer service at its best!!! But after the warranty had already expired the washer broke down again. I paid foran outside source to check the diagnostic. And he told me it was $200 for the part we needed and $400 for labor. I thought it would be a good purchase from reviews on Google, but I've seen some other reviews on yelp. unfortunately I wouldn't recommend. To hem two pants and the sleeves of a blazer was $115 plus tax (a bit steep there- and much higher than posted on their Facebook). The pants were $25 each and the blazer was $65. I was hopeful the quality of work warranted that price, but unfortunately that's not the case. The seamstress folded in the arms of my blazer and sewed it in like that, leaving button holes visible in the cuff, of which they kept the buttons that they removed. I had to request she sew shut the cuff button holes now mostly on the inside of my blazer at pick up and expressed it doesn't look good as I now have a thick and bulky cuff with visible stitching, and a visible button hole on the edge of the cuff. The stitches are all visible through the outside of the clothes, and the stitches themself are not neat. I'm extremely disappointed that my nice business clothes (all JCrew and in total cost over $400) now look like this and am contemplating how I'm supposed to show up to work with a visibly horribly altered suit. As a positive, they got the work done way faster than requested (almost 2 weeks) or communicated; although, I'd rather they'd have taken their time and done a better job.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the place was, including the bathroom that I needed to make use of while there. I imagine that there must be much worse places to do laundry, and honestly some former apartment complex laundry rooms where I have lived in the past were way way less appealing to use than this spot. When I did not get no notification back or even my message being read, I reached out and called that number. A male answered the phone stating a few things.: -" can't you read?" -" they open up at 6:30" (even though the sign say 6 AM) -" where in bed and not on the location, what do you want us to do?" Afterwards abruptly hung up after I inform him I cannot leave my clothes unintended even though I do have to go to work. I avoided on going to his level and didn't try to engage in an argument whatsoever. So I had to reach out to police to have a police report as a paper trail to make sure that I'm not trespassing because I have to sit out here till 6 AM in order to get my uniform out of the dryer. The service was so terrible that I do not wish it upon anyone. It was already a hard day getting off work late doing extra overtime, but the yelling & being very disrespectful had cross the line. This will be the end of supporting local or family businesses from me. The biggest advice: support black owned businesses, and avoid giving my hard earned money to those who mistreat, have the audacity, and a sense of entitlement to downplay customers.
