I had an amazing experience at The Sawgrass Spa. I was here on a work retreat and my boss paid for a spa day for my team and I. We got a 50 minute massage which included access to all their amenities such as the sauna, steam room, hot tub, pool, relaxation room, showers and etc. When you walk in, you're given a soft robe and rubber slippers. You're taking to the locker room to change and then you wait in the relaxation room until you're massage therapist greets you and takes you back. I had the massage therapist named Jennifer worked on my full body massage. She worked on my toes, leg, lower back and upper. She used hot towels, hot stones and used different pressure points during her massage. It was phenomenal! I will definitely be coming back!

I've been to the Sawgrass Spa twice now, with both times have a wonderful experience. I've had massage and facial appointments and had very thoughtful and experienced technicians. My massages have always left me feeling extremely relaxed and the facility is quiet, clean, and very calming. They offer tea, trail mix, and fruit-flavored water in their locker room areas. The relaxation room is very clean and of course, relaxing. My technicians always explained what they were doing and did well discussing any areas of concern for me. They also have luxurious robes and slippers they provide, and you can enjoy their steam room, sauna, indoor jacuzzi or their private pool and jacuzzi outside. I also have to give a huge shout out to the staff running Soothies Cafe, their outdoor pool bar, as they've always gone above and beyond to make mine and my friends' spa day special. Both times I've visited have been for birthdays (mine and my friend's) and they made sure to thrown in an extra treat or give us extra fruit garnishes or pickles/olives in our Bloody Mary's. The food and beverages are always excellent. I would highly recommend the Sawgrass Spa and will definitely visit again.

A great getaway or last minute decision. They have open availability on most days and are happy to work you in. They have a cute shop to buy gifts or indulgent items for yourself. A gym to workout, a nice size pool outside with a beautiful view and a nice snack shop that makes fresh smoothies, drinks, salads, and cheese plates. I love their sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. It's the perfect size and temperature and you will feel refreshed when you leave.

I've been here twice now. The first time a couple months ago for just a message. The massage was great however the hospitality of the rest of the staff was poor. I checked in and the woman at the desk pointed me in the direction of the locker room. I walked in and the attendant handed me a robe and slippers and showed me the locker room then walked away. I have never been here before so had no clue where to go for my massage. A few moments later a group came in with the woman at the front desk who was showing them around the whole area letting them know when and where to be for the message, thankfully I could over hear everything so figured out where to go for my message. I didn't feel very welcomed so chose not to stay after my massage and decided to leave. My second visit was just a couple days ago. I reserved a message and a gel manicure. The message was great. The manicure however was AWFUL! The polish was chipping after just an hour, I went back to the salon and she agreed to fix my nails which was great however not even 24 hours later they're completely chipping again. It's a waste of money so don't even bother! As for the rest of the amenities the pool was cold which is probably nice in the summer but they stated it was head but that wasn't the case, the indoor spa was out of service, the outdoor spa had one jet working too well, it was pushing water up over the edge the spa and no other jets were working. The food was great and so were the drinks. If all you want is a message then this place is just fine. If you're looking for a full spa day I'd say skip this place and try somewhere else. I likely will not return to this place ever.

My mother and I get some much needed rest!

I checked into the hotel on 03/27/2026 and checked out the very same day because the room condition was unacceptable. The room was not clean and did not meet reasonable expectations for a hotel stay. I was uncomfortable remaining there and chose to leave rather than stay overnight. Despite the fact that I never actually stayed at the property, the hotel has refused to issue any refund and is keeping the full charge for the entire stay. I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the hotel and through Expedia, providing clear communication about why I left the property the same day. Communication from the hotel was delayed and unhelpful. I received responses saying the matter would be sent to management, but no meaningful resolution was ever provided. What made this experience even more concerning was the dispute process afterward. During my credit card dispute, the hotel reportedly claimed that I "never checked out," which is completely false. I did leave the property the same day and have documentation showing my attempts to contact the hotel and resolve the matter. A disappointing room is one thing, but the lack of accountability, refusal to reasonably address the situation, and inaccurate statements made afterward are what ultimately led me to leave this review. I strongly encourage future guests to thoroughly inspect their room immediately upon arrival and keep records of all communication if problems arise.

The unit was clean and comfortable overall, though the sofa and recliner are quite worn and could use replacing. The TV was new, but not set up correctly when we arrived, and after setup it offered only a few basic channels, so we had to rely on the free Roku streaming service for entertainment. The most frustrating issue was the bed foundation, which sticks out at the corners. It's easy to bump into, so be cautious around the bed.

The ceremony took place on the beach and the reception took place outside in/around the Trellis and inside the Conservatory. My wife was a bridesmaid in the wedding. "The Lodge & Club" isn't to be confused with the nearby, bigger "Ponte Vedra Inn & Club" (https://www.yelp.com/biz/ponte-vedra-inn-and-club-ponte-vedra-beach). To make things more confusing, since 1997, the two resorts have been owned by the Ponte Vedra Corporation and operate under the same consolidated business, Ponte Vedra Beach Resorts. The Inn & Club is older (opened 1928) and more highly-rated (AAA Five Diamond) than The Lodge & Club (1941, Four Diamond). Both look to be great properties, with The Lodge & Club the more quiet and intimate venue. I really liked the old-school charm of The Lodge & Club. It was high-class with a decades-old feel. Kind of like traveling back in time for a higher-end hotel experience. We lucked out with the weather. It was perfect. The beach wedding was absolutely beautiful. Cocktail hour took place in the adjacent Fountain Courtyard. We then made our way to the Conservatory and Trellis areas for dinner and dancing. We had a lovely seated outdoor oceanside dinner. Gentle breeze, evening sky, whimsical string lighting -- it was very nice. The food and drinks were delicious. We danced underneath the Trellis. A photo booth was set up and desserts and coffee were served in the Conservatory. All in all, a lot of fun. The hotel rooms were nice too, and service was fantastic, from the valet guys to the bartenders. This is a well-run operation. Simply put, The Lodge & Club is a really quaint and classy venue. We enjoyed our time here.
