3.75 Came for Buffet Day, so all around d good vibe and were seated quickly upstairs. Nice atmosphere, great views of the beach, a bit warm inside. Had Margaritas in the special cups to celebrate- good flavor and pretty strong. Food: 3 had burgers with a bacon jam, super good flavor and large. 1 had the fish tacos, they were ok, but the fish was chunked and pretty dry. 1 had the spicy chicken wrap and enjoyed the flavor. Good vibe for drinks and apps.

Changes in L'attitude, Changes in attitude! Gorgeous hotel with great customer service...Very welcoming and Aloha vibes...Vivid colors were mode changing in positive way. The decoration was nice. The beds were comfortable! The room was spotless and smelled good! We didn't park outside and we did valet our car! This hotel has the most gorgeous view to the beach. It's few steps away so we had fantastic view and time here. They have restaurants inside and many outside.

I stayed at the Margaritaville hotel for a wedding for one night. The lobby is really nice and has seating areas overlooking the beach. There is a grab and go market and the land shark bar and grill. The rooms were nice, spacious, clean, and felt relatively new. There is a decent sized pool and outdoor area with fire pits, a fitness center, and laundry room. The hotel is right on the beach as well. They only offer valet parking. Front desk staff were pleasant. I would stay here again if visiting Jacksonville beach.

I finally made it to the beach after being here for 6 months. We decided to pop in here for a quick drink. I haven't had a margarita in a long time. I'm a wine girlie. It was nice and refreshing, the pineapple was perfect. I usually don't eat the fruit in drinks, I usually have them to keep them out. Service was good. The ambiance was really nice, they had the fireplace going. I know they don't have control, but the birds flying over head, I was scared they would poop in my drink! lol

We came, we saw and we ate. However, before we ate I had to find parking at Margarita ville. There is an app you have to scan and my android phone would not scan for all the tea in China. After finally using my wife telephoneto can, I finally enter Daville just before the rain came. I had the spicy margarita. I coughed everytime I took a drink. It has alot of pizazz. Wifey had the pineapple magarita. After the parking fiasco we finally ordered. She had the crispy shrimp in a basket. I had the steak taco. Margaritaville has a very limited drink and food menu. Margaritaville is by the beach which is a draw. But skip Margaritaville. It has the name only. The spicy margarita was on point though.

Many missed opportunities to get a 5 star. I felt they were better than 3 but not really quite a 4 but I rounded up. We asked for service a few times and it was as if they just forgot to communicate to the staff to change sheets or bring extra towels. We had to switch rooms right away as the hot water wasn't working in the first room so we ended up getting a room with a small little balcony. We noticed the in room Keurig machine doesn't appear to ever have been cleaned as it was corroding inside and we asked for them to switch to a clean one and/or clean it and they never even addressed it. The one time they forgot; I said it's too late now so just send them tomorrow but they sent them anyway and we has just laid down to rest as we had been up since 5 am and at the mayo clinic all day. The visit was just a medical trip not for fun so we needed the room serviced for us but that doesn't appear to be a priority. The staff seemed nice enough but I felt their dress code must be lackadaisical as the guests were not as professional dressed as you would expect in a nicer more upscale hotel making seem keeping the business and needs of customers a priority didn't seem to be their thing.

Quiet Beach Resort. This is a newly built resort right on the water with easy access to the beach with on resort restaurant called Landshark. We stayed in a city facing room which I now regret not getting the ocean facing as it would have been nice to sit out on the patio and look at the beach. Tip: free parking on the city streets Mon-Fri, otherwise your paying for mandatory valet up to $37 for an "oversized" vehicle, $32 truck/suv, $27 cars and EV charging spot $32. Room was clean, staff was friendly and food was excellent at the restaurant. Pool is a little small but with the beach right there you're probably not there anyways. There's a long boardwalk that goes along Jax Beach which goes to the pier; pure oddly charges a fee to get in. My one complaint are the rooms sink has really cute handles themselves as fins but are very awkward and hard to turn requiring a lot of ""hands on manipulation"

View from terrace on floor 4.

Nice hotel right on the beach. Would stay here again. Only issues: gym is lacking. Pool is freezing and completely shaded more than half the day. Not many food options for breakfast and the restaurant is average. Workers are all super nice. No issues with our room. Lots of other food options within a 15 minute walk.

I have never stayed at a Margaritaville Hotel and Resort until this vacation. I highly recommend this place. I really can't say enough good things about it. The hotel interior is beautiful and very Jimmy Buffett inspired. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Everything was clean and the hotel smelled great, giving you that beach vibe. There is a Landshark bar and grill in the hotel with Landshark and other beers on tap. They also have a nice selection of drinks. The food was good and the service was fast. There's a coffee and breakfast shop inside as well and the coffee was very good. The breakfast sandwiches were very good and they even have made to order food. Now for the room. Blown away is all I can say. I absolutely loved the room. My ocean view was amazing. The shower is the room was probably one of the best showers I've ever had. I pressure was excellent and the Margaritaville soaps smell amazing. Everything about this hotel scream Jimmy Buffett and the Parrothead lifestyle. If you are a Jimmy fan you have to stay at one of these resorts. I honestly can not wait to come back and book this hotel again! Fins Up! Bubbles Up!

This was the worst hotel stay ever. Booked Margaritaville, Jacksonville Beach, FL, to celebrate my fiancé birthday. We had high expectations based on our privios visits. However, this time the air filters were disgustingly, filthy, and unhealthy. The sheet were stained and dirty, but Most importantly maintenance and the maid service left our door ajar on 3 occasions. On the 3rd occasion we called the police to get it on record. For security purposes, closing the door behind you should not be an issue. Even Motel 6 knows to lock the customers door after maid service.

Hey there I am currently staying your hotel and I need some help.... I booked one night to get some rest and relaxation. I specifically needed a balcony. When I got here, it was a room with two queens instead of one king bed. Ok no problem. Then I look and see the black mold all over the air vent. No luggage help was available I finally managed to get a rack and push it myself about broke my back doing so. They gave me another room on the other side of the hotel not moldy...but it had the Juliet balcony which is the entire reason I came here I couldn't even sit there. It's nonsmoking but everyone was smoking my asthma is so set off that I can't sleep. Not to mention it's on the side with all the parties and bars everyone's been screaming all night long it's extremely loud. I can't sleep with all the noise so I just want to sit on the balcony and chill but I can't because it's so tiny. And then my neighbors start smoking weed. The elevators broke and they had to call rescue to come get people out. I would like to know if even a partial refund for the worst night is possible. I spent almost $500 to be pretty miserable I was wondering if any kind of partial refund is possible or If not then I would appreciate another night in a different room if you have one available. If not okay but it's worth asking because I come here to landshark all the Time and I had planned to stay here on a more regular staycation basis and I'm really let down tonight

This was the first time we've eaten there, and I will have to say it was very good. It did not disappoint! The service was great, the food was hot and fresh. I live with a shrimp burst in your mouth when you bite into it. The fries were excellent. If you haven't noticed by now, I am a fry girl when you remember reviews. Lol I don't have anything to say wrong about this place. The only recommendation I would say is they need to expand their dessert menu, because none of us found anything that we wanted to have for dessert I believe they only had three options which was Keylime pie. I believe ice cream and I can't recall what the third one was. So overall, I give them. 8/10. And that's only due to the lack of options for dessert.

The day before the wedding he was setting up tables and refused to let us decorate in advanced while he was there setting up stating he needed to be compensated for his time (he already had to be there) he was drinking our liquor at our open bar and kept hitting on our bartender (who told us he made her uncomfortable)even though he had a wedding ring on. Advised me that we needed to pay extra money to use their sound/lighting equipment and out of 100+ weddings only one used the Their own equipment and lost the ability to play sound. Our DJ had all his own equipment and preferred to use his. He advised us against it citing their equipment was pre wired and was the only equipment that works (trying to charge us extra to use) I declined and our DJ had no issue whatsoever. Lucas is greedy and money hungry as he is the only one who sets up and cleans up the events. He acted like he had a team of people but no it's just him and you must pay him more money if you need the venue longer than 8 hours. It was extremely inconsiderate of Lucas to not allow us to drop off our decor the night before while he was setting up tables. We didn't ask him to help us unload anything just showed up asking to drop off decor and was told I would have to compensate him for his time there even though he was already there. He's nice up front until he gets your money and then changes.

Such a RED FLAG! Before we signed our contract, it was Clay who was the venue manager at the time and he was incredible. Six months prior, I reached out with a question then was shared that Andrea was the new venue manager. Two months before the wedding Andrea had such poor communication and there were changes with the venue offerings that were not shared with me until I asked for certain furniture but found they didn't offer those items any more. Such another huge red flag on your end as a venue to not even reach out to me to discuss or apologize for your horrible venue manager, Andrea, for her behavior DURING my wedding at The Glass Factory. Within minutes of leaving the ceremony with my husband Andrea barges into the room about a problem with one of my guests. Andrea shared that my guest was unhappy that she was not let in for the ceremony when I in fact instructed all vendors to allow entry for guests during my ceremony but to leave them in the back inside of the venue near the entry door. My family friend missed the ENTIRE ceremony and Andrea was so loud and disruptive during my first alone time with my husband. RED FLAGS. I asked Andrea for her to apologize to my guest and she said no. My husband had to tell her she needed to leave the room because she was causing me so much anxiety and I was on the brink of tears because she was stressing me out so much. Attached you'll find information sent from my coordinator to all vendors which included Andrea the venue manager for the Glass Factory in Jacksonville, FL. My wedding was in early March and the venue was fairly warm as well. Very unique venue but if I could do my wedding all over again, I wish I could have chosen a different venue due to my experience with Andrea and The Glass Factory. I beg you to never get married here!!!!
