The children all had a wonderful time. You just bring your own food/paper products, show up, and let the magic happen! Nice alternative to the usual indoor party places.

This place recently relocated to 101 Plush Mills rd in Wallingford PA in an old school building…read more While the staff and activities deserve four or five stars, the new location only deserves one, if any stars at all. The Wallingford location is old and run down. When you walk into the building you are met by an intense and pungent smell of mold, so anyone with allergies to mold should stay away. Next, the place looks like it has not been cleaned the past ten years. It is outright disgusting. Floors are covered in a thick layer of dirt and dust. Disgusting when the kids were encouraged to have bare feet. There is a play area with toys with an old shag rug and toys covered in dirt, dust and old hair. These include even toys for infants who mouth everything. So in a place like this with several events every day and a ton of kids touching and mouthing the toys, they should really be washed every day. Not every year! To the owners: Seriously - clean this place up so it can be fit for kids! And get rid of the mold, so you won't end up with a visiting allergy kid having a severe asthma attack!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Li'l Tykes! In just the first week my son was enrolled,…read morehe made more noticeable progress than he did in six months at a previous facility. The staff is absolutely wonderful--caring, attentive, and truly treat my child like their own. They go above and beyond the standard curriculum, offering so many enriching activities and hosting multiple events throughout the year that actively engage parents and showcase the children's creativity. The outdoor play area is fantastic, with a large grassy space that gives the kids plenty of room to run and explore, plus fenced-in play areas with fun, developmentally appropriate play equipment and toys. Every morning when we arrive (right at opening due to work schedules), the staff is already there with smiles on their faces--and so is my son! He's excited to go each day, which speaks volumes. The facility also makes safety a top priority. Access is secure, with entry controlled by keycode and monitored by a ring camera--staff greet parents at the door and let them in individually. When someone other than me picks up my son, staff verifies they are on the approved list and checks ID without fail. I really appreciate that level of diligence, care, and security. Another big plus is the use of the Brightwheel app. It makes daily updates seamless--check-in/out is easy, and I receive updates and photos throughout the day that give me peace of mind and help me feel connected to what my son is doing. My son is absolutely thriving here! Enrolling him in Li'l Tykes has been one of the best decisions I've made. Since he started daycare, I wanted him to be in a place that feels like he's with family. We found it at Li'l Tykes! He'll be here until he's ready to go to kindergarten! I cannot recommend Li'l Tykes enough for anyone looking for quality and reliable childcare.

The teachers and staff are so friendly and welcoming and know how to make children feel loved. From the moment they are greeted at the door by Miss Helene - to the care they receive in their classrooms. ALL the teachers are great - they go above and beyond to ensure our children have a memorable experience. We feel like we are part of a family. We've had such a great experience with the PreK class - and our children were well prepared for kindergarten!
