Overall highly recommend this business. Very professional and quick service was provided. The menu has a lot of variety of creations for the dessert.

New to the area and it's so cute to have an ice cream truck that tries to consistently be at a location at a certain time for families to enjoy yummy treats. It reminds me of my childhood. The owner posts on Instagram to inform people where she'll be--she's mostly at Harada Park and then I've seen her post what neighborhood she's cruising in. She has amazing soft serve--we tried the cookie one, and I also ordered nachos with cheese and jalapeños. The best part of her is that she doesn't cheap out with the cheese and jalapeños. I hate it when people cheap out on my nacho cheese! I would pay her price bc she doesn't skimp out and her soft serve really is good, and the owner is nice. I will definitely try to visit her business when I can cause I love a good soft serve and I plan to get nacho cheese on some hot Cheetos next time (ahhhh childhood).

The scoop Soft Serve Ice cream Truck

Once we learned that The Scoop Ice cream truck was in our neighborhood (Eastvale) my husband and I were giddy in anticipation of a great soft serve treat on a hot day. And let me tell The Scoop did not disappoint us. It was delicious. We asked her to surprise us with the toppings. See photos attached. I love Oreo cookies so I was in heaven on my first lick. If you haven't tried this soft serve swing by Harada Heritage Park in the afternoons. Check her Instagram account for hours.

    Nice truck.

Lots of variety of ice cream dishes and apparently you can get milk ice cream and some other kind. I zoned out so I don't know what the other type is and I don't care to know. My granddaughter wanted the Strawberry Blush. Lucky for me she is a tiny 6 year old girl so I got to eat the majority of the Strawberry Blush. It was delicious. It had Poke sticks, strawberry slices, crunchy strawberry things and Frosted Flakes which was a nice touch. It was awesome. Not quite the Farrell's experience of the 70's but a pleasant outing for real ice cream nonetheless. Definitely Recommended

Unfortunately, the service set a negative tone right from the start. As for the ice cream, it's priced as a premium product, but honestly, there wasn't anything particularly special about it. For the cost, I expected a much better overall experience and higher-quality product.

I decided I needed to take a detour to a coffee shop since we already kinda got lost. Deep Barrel Roasters & Creamery, is located in a small and old strip mall in old town Norco. Or at least I think it is. I'm not familiar with the area. I can tell you though, that navigation had us driving through newer developments and then the old part of Norco before we finally arrived. I thought we got even more lost at first. The place was actually pretty packed inside and after having our drinks and pastries, I can totally see why. The first half of the building is the cafe where you'll be greeted with some cute and funny coffee signs. There's two large shelves full of their own coffee beans of different roasts. They have a few small tables to sit and enjoy your orders, but note it is a bit of a tight fit in there. They also have a coffee bar where some people sat in front of the baristas. Past the cafe side is the creamery. I was in a rush and didn't have a chance to take a look. What we ordered; 1) Hot Mocha Rocha with soy milk - 5/5 stars. I forgot to ask for this as half sweet, but either way, it was absolutely delicious. Rich and very flavorful. 2) Iced Mocha Rocha - 5/5 stars. Just as delicious as the hot version. 3) pistachio muffin - 3/5 stars. This muffin had a generous amount of actual pistachio baked into the muffin itself which I liked, however, the muffin had more of an artificial pistachio flavor for me. I still ate it but I wasn't in love with that one. 4) chocolate croissant - 5/5 stars. This was such a hit, we ran out right away. Everyone in our group attacked these so fast. I have to say, I am SAD that I live so far from Deep Barrel Roasters & Creamery. They have a lot of pastries, ice cream including deep fried ice cream, and beverages. I absolutely loved this place and look forward to visiting them again. Next time, I for sure will grab a dozen or more to share with the family and bring some home, and we will definitely grab some frozen treats too. Deep Barrel, is a gem. Norco, sure is lucky to have them. They are a must if you are ever in the area.

I understand working with difficult customers, since I work in retail myself, but you can't shut down and not help. We also asked if they were out of plain yogurt or if the machine was broken. She walked to the back, came back, and said "it doesn't work." Then proceeded to do NOTHING about anything. Us, the customers, had to tell other customers that the machine isn't working. There was another guy working who did nothing to help the other worker and the line was piled up to the cups station. Our family has tried the gelato, affogato, and cookies, and everything has always been amazing. My personal favorite is the pistachio gelato. It has a rich, natural pistachio flavor without tasting artificial. They currently have a seasonal strawberry shortcake flavor that is also really good. The gelato is smooth, dense, and incredibly creamy. It is on the pricier side, but you can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Since gelato is denser than regular ice cream, even a small serving is surprisingly filling, so I still feel it's worth the price. They allow you to sample flavors before ordering, which is helpful because they have several great options. There always seems to be a line out the door, but the staff keeps it moving quickly. The shop is clean but has very limited seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go dessert spot. Since it's located inside the Victoria Gardens outdoor mall, you'll need to park in one of the mall's lots or parking garages and walk over. Overall, this is the perfect place to stop for dessert after lunch or dinner at Victoria Gardens. We'll definitely continue coming back.

We got a Cookie Monster milkshake, cafecito ice cream scoop, and bubblegum scoop. Cafecito tasted like shaved iced with watered down coffee poured on top. The Cookie Monster milkshake tasted like banana water. It seemed like it had been sitting for hours, it was so watery. Also, didn't taste any cookie. The bubblegum was good, but lack luster. The one thing great is the price. $6 for one scoop, the scoop is very large. It could have been great with bubblegum pieces in the bubblegum, maybe some sprinkles on top. The coffee, maybe some coffee nibs or chocolate chips inside. The milkshake was honestly terrible. Also, the menu doesn't include any descriptions of what's in the ice cream flavors, this would be extremely helpful (especially because I don't think most would expect Cookie Monster to taste like banana). Ultimately disappointing. I wanted to love it. They could improve a lot if they want business from places like Yogurt-land, Baskin Robbin's, Cold Stone, or just the plain old grocery store.
