What a wonderful silo. I sure wish they had a gift shop. Can't wait to bring guests here.

You order at the register and seat yourself with a number. My boyfriend and I both got a warm buttered lobster roll each and a bowl of clam chowder fl share. The food was ready quickly. The lobster roll was excellent. A bit on the pricey side, to be expected for the location, but good texture and flavor. The clam chowder I definitely wouldn't get again. Not a typical clam chowder I'm used to. Didn't seem like a ton of cream but a lot of flour or cornstarch thickener that weakened the flavor. The seasonings were lacking BUT there was a good amount of clam. Very cute place with great location! The restaurant was an hour from closing and wasn't full. When we walked back to downtown, it was BUSTLING. So probably better options in the actual city, but right now it's the only option on the pier (with a restaurant being constructed halfway on it as I speak). Would maybe go again? With visiting friends or if I'm feeling touristy?

The lobster itself was dry, and the bread didn't taste buttered it was dry as well. One of my friends ordered a regular lobster sandwich, and I got the one with extra lobster. Both sandwiches looked exactly the same, with no real difference, which was frustrating since I paid an extra $15 for it. The uni itself was good, but the lobster underneath was still dry. On the positive side, the fish and chips were pretty good the batter was light and crunchy, and the tartar sauce had a nice flavor. The staff was friendly and nice relaxing ambiance good view .

It's not overly polished, but that's part of the appeal. There were several creative obstacles and challenges that we hadn't seen at other mini golf spots, which kept things interesting and fun throughout the round. After golf, we checked out the arcade. There was a good variety of games, and my son was definitely entertained, which is always a win. It felt like a well-rounded spot for a casual outing. The restrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly enough--nothing over the top, but perfectly pleasant. One thing that did take away from the experience a bit was the number of very young kids running around unsupervised. I'm talking maybe 4 years old or so, and they kept interrupting our game. As a parent, I completely understand how challenging it can be to keep an eye on little ones, but I'm also a bit competitive, so it definitely threw off my groove. Not the venue's fault, just something to be aware of--there may be some tiny, energetic free spirits roaming around. Also, while it was a warm day, it wasn't quite as cool as I expected it to be, which made it a little less comfortable than ideal. Overall, though, it's a fun, family-friendly spot with a unique mini golf course and enough activities to keep kids entertained. I'd come back--just maybe with slightly lower expectations for personal space on the course.
