    Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte
    Jazmin R.

Loved this coffee! I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte that was advertised and it was absolutely delicious while still tasting like coffee. Along with this, we got the chocolate croissant and a spinach and cheese empanada. The chocolate croissant was flaky, buttery, chocolaty goodness. The spinach and cheese empanada was also good but almost wished I had gotten the buffalo chicken one instead. Not pictured: All Razz On Me energy drink that my husband got and was fruity and sweet.

**FULL REVIEW** While I was working overnights in Palm Beach Gardens, I would search for the coffee houses around the area as they were my "bars" after I finished work. I found many good breakfast and brunch places and coffee shops, but the one that stands out the most to me was The Seed (stylized as "the seed. Coffee + Juice Bar). Located in the same shopping plaza as Luke's Dixie Donuts (which I heard now serves chicken so I got to try that, too), The Seed is technically a local chain. However, this is the only The Seed location I have ever been. Despite that, The Seed has made enough of an impact on me to continue going there over the other restaurants/businesses around the area I could frequent. For starters, The Seed is specifically on the east side of Sims Creek Plaza, right behind the Exxon gas station. Upon entering, you are greeted to a modern coffee shop with emphasis on greenery. Makes sense given the name of the coffee shop is called "The Seed." There is outdoor seating, but I prefer the comfortable cushion seating with numerous electrical outlets provided to customers so they can charge their devices. Most of the time I've been here, Marko has served me. I am unsure if he is the owner of this location, but he has always steered me the right way on what to eat and drink here. I will say everything I had here as delicious and made to high standards. Is it the best of the best of the best? Nope, but what they have is excellent nevertheless. So far, I had their ham and cheese croissant, London Fog latte, chai latte, bagel bombs (key lime and pumpkin spice), and other baked goods and sweets. All were delicious and maybe a little higher end on the price for coffee ship faire, but with what they have and present, I think they can charge a little more for what they are serving. Ultimately, I am going to give The Seed my highest score of five-out-of-five stars. I have been here many times and they've been top notch with their food, drink, and service. On a sidenote, their restroom is unisex and have been clean and stocked every time I needed to use it. I suggest anyone local should enjoy an afternoon here. This place is good for getting online tasks done while sipping on your favorite caffeinated drink.

Everything here is great quality with great service and a very nice coffee shop vibes type of atmosphere. Highly recommend the burrito and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte! They also have açaí bowls & GF options. Will be back and recommend it!

Cute place, good vibe. Great place snack, relaxation, and conversation. I like that they serve counter culture coffee. Have t tried the bagel bomb. Will next time.

    Bacon, cheddar, and chive scone

The food at The Seed is phenomenal! The coffee was smooth and delicious, didn't leave an acidic taste. The croissant was soft and buttery, the cheese on top added a nice crunch. The scone was very buttery as well, not crumbly, reminiscent of a homemade biscuit. It had a good bacon and cheddar flavor, and the chives added a nice balance of herb-ines. I got to try their bagel bombs on my last visit and it was delicious! Full of yummy cream cheese, the dough was not dense and very flavorful. Service is always cordial and quick, every visit I've made they are always super busy. But your order doesn't take long to be prepared, and everyone behind the counter has always been nice. Will definitely be back!

I AM OBSESSED. The seed has just opened up near me and I cannot get enough. I love trying new coffee shops and so far this place takes the cake. My out of town visitors that have come to visit can't wait to come back to have more seed coffee. I like to try a little bit of everything so the seasonal drinks add so much flavor and excitement. The prices are slightly expensive, however the service is very quick and the coffee is to delicious. My two favorites so far have been the strawberry cream foam latte and "the pro" with cold foam added. The shop itself may not be the best for study coffee shop vibes, however it is very cute inside and a good spot to sit and catch up with friends.

Plenty of parking. I got there just as it opened. There were plenty of places to sit. Girl at the register was friendly and nice. Plenty of variety including gluten free options. I bought a gluten free muffin- it was a bit pricey but tasted fine. Bathroom was clean and neat.

I went for a quick coffee run, but i have been meaning go try this place out. I got the strawberries and cream latte, that was the most delicious coffee ever!!! I really don't drink coffee as often but I have tried other coffees and it doesn't beat this one. I did a pick up order and once I got there it was really. I also tried the bagel bomb and it was so so so good too. The cafe was really cute very spacious from what i saw. I did think that the bagel bomb was more than one but it was one still wasn't disappointed. Will have to come again!

Seed is a super cute, well decorated coffee shop. The ladies working were both very nice, and they had a great variety of coffee and drink options, along with food options, including breakfast sandwich's, croissants and other baked goods. My husband and I both tried the nitro stout. It was very smooth like the employee sold us on. It was good, just not something I would run back for. It is nice to know of this option on the west end of indiantown, we will be back to try the other drink options and maybe even one of their food options!

I was hoping the cherry blossom was going to be as good as the cookie butter matcha one but it was ehhh. The pictures of what they should look like are different as well. It was decent but probably won't get it again.

Spinach and cheddar quiche with an almond milk cappuccino sweetened with house-made vanilla syrup.

The cappuccino was delicious! Customer service was great and the place is comfortable - not too cold.

The strawberry matcha has been one of the best I've tried so far! I also got to try their block egg breakfast sandwich. It was tasty, but a little too eggy for my taste. If you're an egg lover, you'll definitely enjoy it! Overall, it's a great spot for breakfast or a quick pick-me-up! :)

BUT, today I switched things up and discovered there's so many more options to try! Looking for more of a lunch dish, I decided to give the curry chicken salad a try and I was not disappointed. The young woman working the front (Taylor, or so my receipt says) was very kind in helping me make my decision; having some dietary restrictions, she was knowledgeable and provided the information on certain ingredients that I asked about. The curry chicken salad itself, had a nice kick, but was not overly spicy. All the flavors played very well together and complemented the fresh and crisp vegetables the scoop sat upon very well (PSA: you can get their chicken salads either in a wrap or over a veggie salad). The dressing was delicious too, however I opted to use it quite sparingly as to not detract from the chicken salad itself. Overall the meal was delicious and satisfied my salad craving beyond what I could've hoped for. Along with helpful employees and an overall wonderful and relaxing restaurant setting, it was a perfect lunch escape and I can't wait to visit again!
