Build your own açail bowl and salted caramel iced latte
    Diana M.

I always drove past this place and finally decided to stop by to give it a try. It's small but super cute and clean. The staff greets you as you walk in, their menu is detailed and explains how everything works. They offer a variety of bases for the açai bowls. I tried the traditional one and created my own, for $11.95 I was able to add 5 toppings. I also tried an iced salted caramel oat milk latte, it was the best $5 latte I've had in a while. They do not charge extra for flavor or milk which is a plus these says. Overall, probably the best place for açai bowls in the area for sure.

Ownership has changed. The good: Recipes and quality are still delicious. The bad: New owner refuses to honor loyalty points built up during previous ownership. Looks like loyalty comes with an expiration date. Mine just ran out.

Sarava Acai Cafe is serving up great acai bowls in Wilton Manors! You can find this spot along Dixie Hwy, right next to Union Kitchen & Bar. Came here for a lil treat to celebrate Treat O'Clock because we all deserve one! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted & assisted in navigating the menu. The menu is pretty self explanatory with all acai bases and different varieties: traditional, americana (described as fruity), and falsa baiana (cacao/PB). I looove anything PB so I naturally picked this base and picked some toppings to go with it. I got a small build your own bowl (comes with five toppings), the falsa baiana as the base, topped with chia seeds, granola, banana, mango, and nutella. The bowls were a good size! I typically don't finish acai bowls but I finished my whole bowl. The space itself is cozy and cute with a good amount of seating with tables to enjoy your bowls or smoothies. If you want to hang for a bit, they do have wifi that is reliable and it's a comfy space to work from. Overall, a great stop for acai in the area!

I was walking during my break and I stumbled upon this gem accidentally while on my walk. They have build your own smoothies and açaí bowls, but also have recommended ones on the menu. It is walking distance to The Pride Center at Equality Park. They have a wide range menu with fresh ingredients! The staff worker that took my order was not very warm, but overall this is a great place to find a cool drink. I will definitely come back to try something that has more berries or get an açaí bowl. This place is a definite must try! I discovered this spot when I first moved to Wilton Manors, and I'm so glad I did! Their açai bowls are the best I've had outside of Maui--fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The smoothies are equally amazing, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They even remember my go-to order when I call ahead! If you're looking for delicious smoothies or top-notch açai bowls, this place is absolutely worth checking out.

What a cute little Cafe to grab a refreshing smoothie or enjoy a filling açaí bowl! With indoor and outdoor seating options available, Saravá Açaí Cafe is a great place to sit, enjoy and fuel up. The açaí bowls are great tasting and filling. Parking can be a little tricky as there are limited spots and located on a busy roadway, however it was worth the stop.

Sarava delivers again! Every time my coworkers and I need a quick, reliable, and TASTY lunch, the answer is easy. The acai is always the perfect consistency. The mix of fruit, chopped peanuts, and cacao nibs takes the bow to the next level. Love it!!!

Falsa Baiana Aa bowl, Chia Donut

Incredible. For my first visit I tried the #5 Falsa Baiana acai bowl, and a chia donut. All delicious! The place was empty when I walked in early on a weekday so I snagged a window seat upfront. It filled up pretty quickly after that. Clearly the secret is out... the cafe itself is bright, colorful and clean with an excellent soundtrack. Adding Sarava to my regular rotation.

A little hard to find tucked away in Wilton Manors, Sarava Açaí Cafe. It's located in a fairly new small plaza with a small pull up parking lot. The place itself is bright & clean with a slight tropical decor. There is some cute limited bench seating set up kind of like a reception area. The service was not helpful but polite. Their menu consists of a few açaí bowls and smoothies. After reviewing the concise menu I ordered the Garota açaí bowl. It had açaí, frozen banana, coconut milk and stevia. Then topped with fresh mango, pineapple, coconut flakes and goji berries. The açaí bowl was fresh, tasty and had a nice presentation. They use some unusual ingredients (stevia, fresh goji berries not dried, mesquite powder, crushed peanuts, etc.) in their bowls compared to other places I've been to and it came through in the taste. Although I enjoyed it, it's not on the top of my list.

I visited Sarava in need of a little extra vitamin energy boost after my second case of covid, ugh. I was surprised at how small the menu is, but they were very open to substitutions. Yeah, I'm a picky eater with fruit too! I got a smoothie, #1, and it hit the spot! Fast, friendly service and a very colorful seating area. They have a little bit of outdoor seating as well.

found this place on yelp while searching for a health spot near my dog groomer. ended up spontaneously meeting my friends here and made a lunch date out of it. they ordered selections from the menu, but i decided to make my own bowl. i picked açai for the base, and topped that with granola, banana, strawberry, blueberries, peanut butter, and honey. it was absolutely out of this world delicious. not too sweet, just the right amount of crunch, and a portion size fit for the competition. i am still dreaming about my bowl and cant wait to come back, time and time again. thanks a lot !

This place is my go to for acai bowls. Like yooo you have no idea how good these are. I get the falsa baina and its the best. Packed with crunchy peanuts, cocao nibs and bananas. I love to add some almond drizzle for some extra good good. There smoothies are also very good I'm into the choco berry at the moment. My first love was the carrot smoothie which is also very yummy. If you're craving an acai bowl you gotta try them out. Downside- sometimes it gets real busy and the wait can be long but they take their time to make it right for you and they always come out delicious. Come at a good time and the wait is no more than 5 mins.

I would hope they take note of what runs out to adjust to demand. The other reason is because some items are pre-made with bacon, which could be part of a dietary restriction, but they had turkey-bacon and turkey sausage which is considerate. The service was amazing though! They were so knowledgeable (they actually caught an ingredient i wouldnt want in one item based on other items i took it off of so they made sure to make me aware so i could take it off! So grateful!). They were also very quick to fulfill my order. I definitely recommend this place for tasty, aesthetically pleasing food.

They have now expanded to Tamarac and this location in the Park Plaza Shopping Center in Federal Hwy in Pompano Beach. Mederos has said "We would love to keep expanding. We want to spread healthy eating at an affordable price." The last time I was at a TropiBowls I had the Sunshine State Açaí Bowl with kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, almonds, granola, honey, and shaved coconut served inside of a hollowed-out frozen pineapple, Açaí (pronounced aa·saa·ee) is from the acai palm tree, which is native to Central and South America. Açaí is considered a super food with anti-aging and weight loss properties. Its pulp is even richer in antioxidants than cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, or blueberries. The berry has been eaten for thousands of years by indigenous people in the Amazon but it recently became popular when the Gracie family, famous for their Brazilian jiujitsu gyms, invented frozen açaí bowl in the late 1980s. They found the fruit to be low in sugar, full of vitamins and antioxidants, and an energy booster. Unfortunately it had an earthy flavor that reminded some people of dirt. To mask the flavor they flash froze the pulp and berries and used it as a smoothie base mixed with sweeter fruits that masked the flavor. The texture is similar to a sorbet. Now there are açaí bars all over Brazil where you can get it topped with all kinds of fruits, granola, and nuts. Some people eat it as a refreshing breakfast. In addition to açaí, TropiBowls also has pitaya, coconut, green, and oatmeal bowls along with coffee, tea, cold pressed juices, smoothies, avocado toast, egg sandwiches, wraps, rice bowls, and signature salads. On this visit I decided on the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap made with spring mix, tomatoes, onions, grilled chicken, ranch, bacon and cheese, ($11.99). My sandwich was excellent. I like how they grilled the wrap after it was filled with tender white meat chicken, fresh vegetables, and a tasty ranch sauce. TropiBowls makes it easy to eat food that tastes good and that is good for you. I can't wait to see where they pop up next.

There may be only one other place for poke that I know of and that's on Oakland Park Boulevard- see my Yumbo poke review! Seeing as that I'm up this way all the time for work, I'm so happy to have a new poke shop near Lauderdale by the sea! It's a classic poke-style setup where you can build your own bowl or choose from one of their thoughtfully crafted creations. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I even had a chance to chat with the owner, who I engaged about discussing catering options -- a great sign of hands-on management. The storefront is bright and inviting, and the inside feels clean, modern, and new -- exactly what you want in a poke spot. The food was excellent: perfectly balanced flavors, fresh fish-i had fresh raw tuna and sashimi salmon, and some truly unique ingredients. They have a couple of rare seaweeds I've only seen in my travels throughout Japan, which was an amazing surprise (I really hope they keep those!) Prices were fair -- about $16 for two scoops of protein and a generously loaded bowl packed with fresh toppings. The spicy sauce was the standout for me -- bold, flavorful, and ties everything together beautifully. There were a lot of unique additions at this location that I haven't seen in the last five years at other typical poke restaurants- hopefully they keep these unique ingredients for the long haul All in all, an excellent experience from start to finish. Fresh food, friendly service, and a modern space. Highly recommended -- and one of the best poke options you'll find in Fort Lauderdale.
