Imagine my surprise when I found out that she was centrally located in the middle of downtown Melbourne, hidden in the back of a quaint old-fashioned barber shop. She was incredibly nice and uber professional. Her price point was unbelievably reasonable. The end result speaks for itself (I uploaded a picture of the before and after). She also had a cute pre-made kit ready for me to take with all the essential items I needed to make sure it healed properly. Rhonda is a perfectionist , she spent about 45 minutes to an hour just measuring out the frame on my face, then had me make several expressions to make sure they looked even. She was extra careful about contamination and explained how she was using sterile, unused equipment on me that no one else uses.
