MIIN is a Korean laser so I wanted to check out this technology. Heejung is an amazing RN. She is very careful and detailed with the process and super sweet. I also appreciate the way she applies the after treatment sunscreen, as she applies it thoroughly and also with outward and upward strokes to promote lifting of the skin and blood circulation. So far I have had 6 sessions and can see the noticeable fading of sunspots. Yes it takes quite a few sessions but it works (US has RNs for med spas whereas in Asia it's primarily MD only, so the types of allowable lasers and scope of practice is different). I also want to give a shoutout to Vicky who is also super sweet. She assists with consultations and scheduling and is very knowledgeable. However, when I arrived at the spa, I was told that no room was available and they could not honor my appointment. Apparently they are suppose to call 24hrs in advance to confirm but nobody called me in advance to notify me of it not being available . Instead, I received a message only after I had already arrived onsite. The staff acknowledged the problem but said there was nothing they could do. This showed a lack of organization and respect for customers' time. If an appointment cannot be accommodated, customers should be notified well in advance--not after they have taken the time to travel to the location. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional booking experience.

The first and third pictures are two weeks after my scabs fells off. you can see my dark spot under eye got much lighter and it's a bit red now because the scab just fell off.
