I've been coming here for almost a year now! They always take care of me and help me feel relaxed, then I get stressed out at work during the week and come back again during the weekend! :D I usually get Alice as my masseuse, but I've had all the other ones too and they are all good! They have slightly different styles/techniques, so you can try them and see which one is your favorite. With Alice, I feel she really cares to help me with the muscles that are most in need of relaxation, and she remembers from appointment to appointment too! I thought I was going here for a massage today but I unfortunately got RUBBED down the whole hour. I hate leaving reviews like this but what I experienced there was far from a massage. I have never left a place more awake than when I left here. She left the room 3 times, to welcome other customers. She never massaged my hands/forearms or feet. Not worth the money and I'm far from relaxed. I also have to mention she charged me $100 when it's $90/60 minutes and I asked about it and she said "that was wrong it's $100 now." Amy is a good masseuse, she paid special attention to my neck and elbow pain, after 2 deep tissue massage sessions I can already see big improvement in my movements. I am really surprised by all of the good reviews at this place. I've gotten lots of massages, this was my first time at this place and I was so bummed. First, the massage itself was mediocre. The lady was inconsistent with the massage patterns (would do something on one side and not on the other), and it just wasn't feeling that great. I wondered how experienced/trained she was. The bed and sheets were dingy and thin. Then there was no music playing so that combined with the fact that I could hear the employees talking, laughing, and even shouting at some points, the entire time, did not help me feel relaxed at all. They were hanging out the entire time in the lobby and took no consideration to talk quietly for their clients. It was pretty loud and that on top of train noises and sirens (which are more understandable) really made for a poor experience. The service wasn't great either. I was barely greeted and when I went to pay, I had to wait with no communication whatsoever and then they tried to say I got the deep tissue massage and upcharged me when I never asked for that. The one pro I'd give is that prices are reasonable ($90 for 60 min), but I guess I paid less for less quality. In a nutshell, I would go to a couple other places before I'd go back here again. Came out of a nail salon next door and immediately saw this massage place which caught my attention. I'd been looking for a great massage with all the stress 2024 has brought and immediately at the door was Julie (the masseuse) who asked if I wanted one, no appointment necessary she had an opening slot right then and there. I did the signature massage $90/hr which was so relaxing. Julie is so friendly and kind during the massage, she is very talkative and so we talked about the rib pain I've been having. She's so knowledgeable too, and her hands are like magic! I'm typically scared to get a massage because of the position you have to be in (belly down) and that can aggravate my rib pain but somehow Julie did such a great job I left with no pain and feeling super relaxed. The cupping was brief, 7-10 minutes tops for $60. Back to the massage... my legs, feet, thighs, calves, etc. were not massaged. Appointment was for 3pm and done @ 4:10pm. They also use coconut oil for massage, which could either be pro or con based on preference. If you tell them you wanted massage, it will automatically be deep tissue massage ($100). So more clarification needed to be done if you want the $90. The ladies here speak Chinese majority of the time, I found it a bit hard to communicate. The room has thin wall, it is easy to hear noise from the train station close by, but it is only a brief moment. However, of the guests and staff from other rooms talking, you will hear the noise. The price is a bit on the high end for the service I get in general. 3 stars for ambiance 5 star for massage 3.5 for the price read more

She CARES about how her clients feel before and after they leave their appointments. I have been going there for over a year. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. EVERY Single time I go no matter if it's early or Late she always has a cheerful attitude. She goes out of her way to find an appointment time that will work best for you. I was here on May 12, 2022 for acupuncture and a massage. First, they did my acupuncture and the lady that did my acupuncture was very unprofessional. The whole experience was horrible. After my acupuncture she did my massage and while she was doing my massage she had to go out of the room and leave me naked and left the room open where people are walking by and can see me from outside. No privacy at all! If she doing service with me why does she have to multitask? It's an hour massage why does she has to stop with my massage to deal with something else? And leave the room wide open! So unprofessional. I dont usually rant and complain but I'm a nurse myself and I know they violated my privacy. On top of that during massage another girl would go inside the massage room and they were talking in their own dialect. And if not they will talk from across the room. It's not relaxing at all. It was annoying! And half hour of my massage another lady came to finished my massage. That was my first experience getting a massage from two therapist in one session. After the service I went to the counter to pay, there was a man/customer waiting. I asked for the owner and they said she is not around. They asked me why and i answered it's personal, I just need to talk to the owner. I felt so violated and not comfortable talking. I went home and have to vent my frustration and horrible experience to my BF in tears in narrating my experience. He got so mad, and we called the place to asked for the owner, they hang up on us we had to call them back 5 times and finally i was able voiced out my frustration and they just told me to come back next time and they will do a better job. I said there will be no next time coz I will never ever come back to that shitty experience. We asked for the owner and they said they were out on vacation and to call back the following week. I call back again today and they said they are on vacation, to call back next week. Same thing they told me 11days ago. Several violations of conduct and code repeatedly went in and out of the room speaking loudly in Chinese leaving me naked on the table leaving the door open speaking in full volume when I asked for the owners name they refused to provide I will be reaching out to health and safety, also it is my suspicion that other business is going on here.
