They tried unclogging my kitchen drain, but they couldn't. Next day, they showed up with a camera, which they could feed it down and they recommended that the concrete slab has to to broken up, to get to a better spot for the camera. This job, would have cost me $3200. If they would have found something else in the pipes, that would have cost me much more, upward to $10k, that is what I was told. Our plumbing got backed up and the toilet and the shower were not draining. Well we called the first company and they said they had to go to the roof and put the snake in the line and clear it from there but they wouldn't do it due to our house having a tile roof and they don't want to be liable. I get it. So they tried a different spot but they couldn't do it. They wanted us to replace all the piping and charge almost 10 grand for it. Our house is old but to have to replace everything is crazy, all we want is to be able to use the bathroom. Well my husband called a different company The Sewer Surgeon. By the time he called it was like 7pm and about 30mins later they came through. The plumber Bruce was amazing. He helped unplug the drains so we can have the bathroom and shower working. He tried many spots not just one. He went under the house to look at it. He really helped us out today. My husband and I live with his elderly parents and Bruce was honest and very helpful, he was here till 10pm to give us the use of the bathroom. He's even coming tomorrow to look at something else. Fantastic, friendly and prompt service! The Sewer Surgeon quickly got to the bottom of our bigger plumbing issues, that other plumbers overlooked, and solved it immediately. A week before we found the Sewer Surgeon, we hired a plumber to clear our drain. This plumber charged $800 to complete this and we thought we were good. Five days later, our entire house plumbing stopped working and the laundry room toilet flooded my kitchen. I had a house full of my kids' friends I was hosting for the night and not one working toilet. It was 8pm and surely the party was over. I called my original plumber and never heard back. In tears, I called The Sewer Surgeon and Nick was there in 30 minutes. By 8:45, I had a clear drain. Early the next morning, he was there to put a camera down our drain. He found the issue, a pipe full of roots in my front yard. That day, his team dug a trench, replaced the pipe, and created an additional clear out in the front yard. My nightmare starts when the shower pans and toilets started to back up over the weekend.
