Found a small leak in my water heater and called Dan bc of the raving reviews. Dan came out at the crack of dawn the next morning to take a look at it and found out that the old converter had a small crack in it. He and his associate were both really awesome and professional, and Dan was nice enough to call around to try to find a local supplier who carried my old and antiquated model so that the cost would be kept low. Unfortunately my condo complex is built as cheaply as possible so nobody carried the part, so i decided to just let Dan replace it. He did that and a full flush for a reasonable price. Repipe of water coming into my house - they did a great job so had them back a couple weeks later to repipe 90% of the drain pipes plus hydro jetting the main sewer line followed by installing a sleeve in it.
