Dan came out at the crack of dawn the next morning to take a look at it and found out that the old converter had a small crack in it. He and his associate were both really awesome and professional, and Dan was nice enough to call around to try to find a local supplier who carried my old and antiquated model so that the cost would be kept low. Repipe of water coming into my house - they did a great job so had them back a couple weeks later to repipe 90% of the drain pipes plus hydro jetting the main sewer line followed by installing a sleeve in it.
