I went in for a fitting and although the reps were extremely nice, I was disappointed to know that they didn't carry an actual white tux jacket. I still decided to go with them since I was there. I told them that I did not need a bow tie or shoes however, they still charged me for them. 1 week before my wedding, I get the tux delivered and was extremely disappointed with EVERYTHING. The tux jacket was literally a dark beige (I ordered ivory.) my pants were not the same style as the ones I tried on, and the material was horrible. 1/10 overall do not recommend. In a panic, my fiancée gave me the info for the gentlemen's tux club and I called... Vanessa answered and was an absolute life saver. She calmed my nerves when she said they had all white jackets and could see me that day!!!!! The whole experience from getting there, the fitting, and the customer service was AMAZINGGGGG! We tried a few different styles with Vanessa, she measured me correctly and totally eased my mind! John, the owner also came out and congratulated us on our marriage and was overall great to us. John is so quick to make sure you're taken care of, even while taking care of other customers. He made sure we all had a place to sit and something to drink while we waited. However, after asking me about all the details, John shared his expert opinion and put me in a light blue tux, which popped so well in the area we got married. The back looks fine, but the front what everyone sees, sloppy and mismatched. This could have been easily avoided with basic attention to detail, but instead I was left with a poorly done job just days before my event. When I brought it up, they refused to take responsibility or issue even a partial refund, insisting they "did what I asked" when that is clearly not the case. Now I have to scramble to find someone else to fix their mistake before my daughter's quinceañera. Unprofessional, careless, and zero accountability. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I passed this alteration place a couple times and thought why not give it a chance since I didn't know if my previous alteration place was still open. They not only alter dresses here, but they sell tons of beautiful prom or ball gown dresses too. I wish I took photos of them. This location has more reviews on Google than Yelp, which is why I was hesitant on going but after seeing the good reviews on Google, I thought why not try them out! (I also wanted to stay local in the national city area). Parking can seem a little difficult since it's on the main street but it was easy to snag parking right in front of the store, or you can park in the lot by the furniture store. I forgot the names of those of helped me, but they were so nice and attentive with how short I wanted to cut my dress, and also helped me zip my dress up! They also had a spacious dressing room in the back for me to get changed in :) I paid a deposit (which was half of the total) and paid the remaining when I picked up my dress. Very reasonably priced and budget friendly. My dress was turned in October 4th and I believe was ready before a week even hit! The dress was seamed nicely and fit perfect for the wedding day! Thank you again ladies, and I'll be back here again for any alterations I need!

They gave us a little over a month to get my wedding dress tailored, and when we came to pick it up…read moreit wasn't even started on yet. Stitching work was messy, no fabric was actually cut, just *unevenly* folded over and sewed over the folds she made, which were very visible when the dress was worn. Zipper was somehow broken and the stitching that was holding it was coming undone. The dress also has a la Veneto bodice but it completely lost its shape. The dress did not complement my body at all anymore and somehow made a sleek dress look like a nightgown. Overall the stitching looked as if it was all made in a hurry, with no thought put into it. My dress has floating beadwork and I really want to stress the fact that they thought it was okay to fold over the fabric and sew over that, and call it a day. To my understanding, you're supposed to take out the old stitching, take the beads out by hand, cut/adjust the fabric, and then hand sew the beads back on. The seamstress did none of that. Not to mention she wanted us to come back another day, after delaying the pickup for 3 days already. She then said she would get it done that same afternoon so we could "go away already". It seems like they specialize more in quinceañeras, so I am not sure about the quality of work for those types of dresses, if that's what they specialize in then I hope other people have had a better experience than me. But I do not recommend this place specifically for wedding dress alterations, I had to pay way more to get my dress fixed.
