Went in to have two custom shirts made for an upcoming charity lacrosse tournament. Had to go out and purchase my own shirts, as they did not have the size and color that I needed in stock. Was told that my shirts would be finished in "45 minutes". An hour and a half later, the employee (Paradise) had messed up one of my shirts by applying the graphic upside down. I stood there as she attempted to pick off the vinyl before asking if I would go out and purchase another shirt. After going to my third store of the day, I returned with the shirt and she (finally) printed it correctly. After receiving the items, I asked for at least a partial refund because of the time and hassle her mistakes had caused. She rudely responded that I wasn't her only order and that shirts take time to make. When I asked for her manager's schedule, she claimed that "Mustafa" would not be at work until "next month". The only money back that I received was $3.13 for the second black shirt that I had to leave the mall to purchase. This establishment produces overpriced, low quality work by rude employees. Also, management needs to talk with them about the minor relative, who was surfing the internet and playing games on the design computer (with a screen customers can see) while Paradise "worked" on my apparel. I will NOT be returning to this establishment and suggest that everyone needing custom apparel take their business elsewhere. read more

Wanted to surprise my wife with a last minute printed tshirt of some Mandalorian fan art she really liked. The other tshirt printing companies that I looked at either took a week, required more than one order, or were way more expensive. Customized Teez had it ready in about four hours. I had some trouble finding the store, because the name of the business and website is not the same as the name of the store in the Galleria. I was able to call the store and they helped me find it with little trouble. I order through their website, SameDayCustom.com. The owner personally contacted me to ask if I had any concerns, questions. I super recommend this business, especially if you're just getting one shirt. read more

Came in to get shirts made to attend Price is Rite, and honestly the girl at the front desk needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills. Worst experience ever. Walking by in the mall when I saw a rack of basic St. Patty's Day crewnecks for 7.99. Score! Exactly what I was at the mall for. Brought one to the counter and the cashier said $35 bucks. WHAT?! Turns out the 7.99 is for blank crewnecks without designs. 35$ for a very basic crewnecks that is pre-made is ridiculous. I could get a similar one at tops or Wegmans for 7.99. read more

I made a yelp account just to give this review. this is the literally the most terrible business known to man. number one i went in to get a hoodie he charged me 70 for the picture and text and told me to come back in 30. i go back and the picture is half the size of the original and he starts getting an attitude with me cursing like crazy and ignoring me trying to start a fight and telling me its going to be another 25 dollars for the new picture. Horrible experience! It is a rip off. The owner is arrogant and the merchandise is poor quality and over priced. He ripped my daughter off for over $120 when she wanted some prints of her own work made. He put it on backwards, crooked and cut horribly. He was also condescending to her when I wasn't with her. The owner resorted to yelling. All of the employees there were just as bad. The girl was nasty and unprofessional, wearing a cropped top and leggings and yelling "merry Christmas" to us. read more

Went here very hopeful, looking to get nine simple shirt designed. Was not at all impressed with the service. The owner was unprofessional, condescending, and from what we saw, lazy. The cost was significantly higher than expected, and we were quoted an hour wait. We returned 4 hours later to be told we had another 20-30 minutes to wait while three employees, including the owner appeared to be sitting behind the desk doing nothing. I would give 0 stars if possible. They put through a fraudulent charge on my husband's credit card. Charged $434.79 for an item that should have cost about $40. In addition, they play rap music that every other word is the N***** word or F*** word. Totally offensive. read more
