Please give that man a raise! I generally truly and intensely dislike shoe shopping, especially as shoes tend to hurt my feet, which have multiple issues. However, I was in and out of the Nike Factory Store in less than ten minutes, and my experience was phenomenal. I came in, went to the back where shoes are sold, and Stephen approached me, asking if I needed any help finding a pair of shoes. I explained that I had severe arthritis (knees, ankles and feet), coupled with pronation, on-and-off plantar fasciitis and flat feet. Stephen went right for a specific pair of running shoes (only $75!) and said they would be the best in terms of comfort and support for my feet and joints. Stephen was right. They are perfect. Best, most comfortable and supportive shoes I've ever purchased. I didn't want to take them off but I was wearing a dress and they didn't quite match. Stephen even rang me up right then and there.
