Unfortunately I can only give 3stars. The customer service has been really bad. I had to return a pair of sneakers. The air in the bottom of my nike's leaked out on its own. They were brand new, maybe 2 weeks old. The manager that I had told me "you shouldn't have bought these anyway. They're fragile sneakers. You made a bad choice. Your call". While spending time in Sommerville we decided to stop in at the Nike Factory Outlet. When we walked in we were surprised at the amount of incredible items they had as well as their reasonable prices. When we have been to other outlet stores in the past we have been upset by the lack of quality, but this was definitely not the case here. The staff here was really great and we were able to find a bunch of items that we liked. This is definetly a place to stop at if you are looking for some great shoes at reasonable prices. Store is rather large & always has a great selection... Staff is always around, whether they are quick to help or not is a different story. Went in recently & was super successful and they had no boxes so the cashier kid helped me out & gave me brand new boxes, he was actually super helpful all around & helped me to use my Nike account to get points or something... Also had to then return something & they were easily accommodating with the returns. Would def recommend Nike in Somerville for all things Nike! read more

Came to buy shoes for annual shoe drive. Only bought half the amount of shoes we came to buy because the staff was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. A lot of head shaking. While we were one of the only customers on this day. I even heard one of the employee say "why is it so slow today?" while we were trying to haul 30 shoes to the city counter on our own with minimum help. Lol we are here buying shoes for 30 people+. Why not focus on taking care of us..? Mindset is a choice. Poor or good customer service is also a choice. Management pay attention. If you're losing sales or recently have been losing sales. Visited the store today 9/1/2020 and there was clear disregard to shoppers' health. Packed narrow isles, no 6 or even 4 feet of distance between shoppers and the staff didn't keep distance from shoppers either, and the isles were not marked with directions so people would come at you from both directions, and then pass by you in those narrow isles at 1 foot distance. All staff and most shoppers had masks on, so at least there was that. read more

Please give that man a raise! I generally truly and intensely dislike shoe shopping, especially as shoes tend to hurt my feet, which have multiple issues. However, I was in and out of the Nike Factory Store in less than ten minutes, and my experience was phenomenal. I came in, went to the back where shoes are sold, and Stephen approached me, asking if I needed any help finding a pair of shoes. I explained that I had severe arthritis (knees, ankles and feet), coupled with pronation, on-and-off plantar fasciitis and flat feet. Stephen went right for a specific pair of running shoes (only $75!) and said they would be the best in terms of comfort and support for my feet and joints. Stephen was right. They are perfect. Best, most comfortable and supportive shoes I've ever purchased. I didn't want to take them off but I was wearing a dress and they didn't quite match. Stephen even rang me up right then and there. I didn't have to go to a register. I could just sit and relax while he got everything together. The best and easiest shoe shopping experience I've ever had. Thank you, Stephen!!! read more

The woman who answered the phone was an absolute ass. We called at around 12:00pm today. My boyfriend is very sweet and was calling about a shoe in stock and the woman was incredibly rude, wouldn't let him finish asking for the specific shoe and acted like he was an idiot for calling. When she finished saying in the rudest possible way that they don't have the shoe after completely cutting him off he asked "that's for certain?" And she "ha excuse me??????" Like how dare he question her. Okay lady, you work at Nike, relax. She's going to drive customers away. Screw her and her nasty personality. Absolutely pathetic. read more

I've been looking for a pair of Kyries for my next basketball sneakers and wanted to get it at a good price. I was first in line and went immediately searching for one but they had none in my size. I happened to check one of the mannequins and boom there it was. Mind you, this was an hour into opening on Black Friday, and it was super busy but the woman there had no hesitations and helped me take down the mannequin and get me my Kyries. It literally made my day and I'll always be grateful for it. A+ customer service!!! read more

This store has decided to close before the posted hours and even we drive 30 mins to pick up something quickly we arrived 20 plus mins before closing and no one was allowed inside. I called to ask why the posted hours says closing at 7 and it's just after 6:30 and no one can enter. A female answered the phone with a terrible attitude and seemed to care less. It made the visit uncomfortable and who ever the manager is, should have stepped up and told them that this is a job not a playground. Shopped here two days ago and spent a few hundred dollars. I was sold a pair of sneakers with two left shoes. This, in my eyes, is completely your fault. At check out are you not supposed to check the shoes, for size and other issues, to prevent things like this from happening? By the time I got back to my car, which was parked twenty minutes away, I realized the store was about to close so I ran back to the front door. I knocked, and at this time it was one minute past closing time. The employees inside would not open the door or even consider coming to find out what I was trying to explain. I didn't want them to do any type of register transaction, re-open the register, or anything that would've caused them to delay their closing, except possibly grab the right foot of the set of sneakers that I had just purchased. Seeing as how I traveled over an hour and a half to come to the store it is not easy for me to get back to make this exchange. Instead of making this very easy and being helpful and convenient the several employees inside the locked store started making hand gestures at me and mocking me. What a major insult. Thank you Nike I will never shop at your store again. I have put in a complaint that was escalated at corporate today against your manager on duty. There was one employee that originally headed my way to help and the manager called them back and told them NOT to help, and continued to take part in the group bullying actions. Baught a pair of sneakers June 1st . I got a $50 dollar gift card . First off I would say its just blasé service . I spent alot of time in the Isles looking for a particular size and not one person asked if I was all set . Found a size 8 even thaugh I could have used an 8 1/2 . I loved them, they were the last pair so I made them work. Yesterday after going for a a run i noticed the top was split . I had gotten rid of the box and reciept because they were perfect . I thaught for sure I was screwed. When I walked in I was greeted by Scotty the store Manager and an associate named Nydia . Nydia was so helpful , she even litteraly ran out back to see if they had my size ... RAN ... I have to say that Nydia made my experience there perfect and thats why they get 5 stars. If it wasnt for her it would not be a 5 star review . I noticed a guy helping out some customers but simply going through the motions, more interested in the girl who was telling him about what she had just had for dinner. Went to the Nike Factory Store with high hopes seeing that there isn't one in my home town. Was skeptical on how different it would be from Nike town. The store exceeded my expectations. The pricing was great, but specific to the store: there were measures taken for the current pandemic. They have sanitizer and gloves available for you while you shop. The attendants were helpful and bountiful. Although they flock to the customers who are visibly spending money, they help the small fries also. Great organization and shelf space which was surprising with as much merchandise as they move. Everyone's helpful and store layout is self explanatory. Great deals available on store and online and associates take the extra time to assure you can save as much as possible. read more

I had a great experience coming into Nike yesterday. I was looking for a pair of sneakers that would be good to use for the gym and I was helped by a great employee his name is Anthony I believe. He lead me to the right place in the store and showed me my options. I also needed advice on what kind of sneaker to get my sister and he helped with that and my sister loves her sneakers. He also offered to sign me up to be a Nike plus member and I am enjoying the app a lot and am currently online shopping on it. Glad that I signed up for that! So since moving to Boston this has been my go-to store for my tennis shoes since I moved here. I make it a point to try and hit every Nike outlet store in every state that I traveled to and see the deals that they to offer. This one is like most of the stores which is big and size plenty of off-street parking. I gave this one a 5-star because the people that work here are very very friendly and courteous, I interacted with one of the managers today and she also was very exceptional. I will definitely be returning to the store on a weekly basis. I wish I would have gotten the manager's name that I forgot to but I would definitely see her again and thank her again. read more

The store was nice. Ok selection on regular size shoes. Abysmal selection of 15s. It is a outlet store after all. My issue was with the people at the front end though. While ringing me up I asked the clerk what the price rang up for a pair of sneaks he just rang up. Instead of scrolling on the mobile register he 're rang the item. I ok'd the price then I figured he would delete the second entry. When prompted for my card I handed it to him then asked about the total. Well he had already swiped my card and charged me twice for a pair of $90 kicks. Then a person I assumed was the manager assured me the total wouldn't end up on my card while returning the item charged incorrectly. I knew my card would charge me the full amount then refund the $90 at a later date which it did/has. Essentially putting that $90 in limbo for who knows how long. My advice here would be to hang on to your card until you've verified what they will be chargjng and make sure it is accurate. The initial error was obvious and I just assumed the clerk would right it with out specific direction. I was wrong which in the end is really my own fault. Next time I'll visit niketown. read more
