I will NEVER return to this store. Yes I was greeted by a sales associate, but when she asked if she could help me, I replied ONLY to have her turn her back to me and walk away. FINALLY, another associate half heartedly assisted me with my $62 purchase, but would not ring me up. I patiently waited at the register to again see the first associate. I tried to reach out to her and expressed that I hoped her day would "get better" she looked at me confused and said she was having a great day... There are way too many other outlets where I can get Mac products.... (ULTA, Dillards, the internet, etc...) I do not want to spend my $$ at a place where associates are disrespectful, inconsiderate and rude. Especially when I know the products I need by name... all they have to do is open a drawer and ring me up.... apparently this store does not need the income from me and my 3 daughters... we actually spend more per month on cosmetics than we do food... read more

With Northpark twenty minutes south and Stonebriar ten minutes north, why would anyone visit this mall? It had amazing stores when it first opened. Unfortunately, it's appeared to have gone downhill since then. Many upscale stores have left (Saks, for one), only to be replaced by low-end chain stores (Lids and cheap cell phone accessories stores, anyone?) I'm actually surprised that Crate & Barrel moved over here--while their client base is here, this mall isn't going to survive as long as the Galleria will. My prediction? Willow Bend is the next Valley View. It'll be nearly deserted or gone within fifteen or twenty years. read more

Willow Bend Mall is one of my favorites due to the fact that it's so underrated. It's usually pretty peaceful and relaxing to shop here, since it's usually not very crowded. It's also fairly small compared to North Park or the Galleria, so you can easily walk from one end to the other. Pretty much all of the stores are part of the Oh So Simple Rewards program, which means you can earn cashback rewards from the mall itself when shopping here. Though the store selection isn't as extensive as other malls (ex: I wish it had Nordstrom, Saks, or Bloomingdale's, for instance, or possibly a Zara), it does have most of the usual mainstream brands, as well as Neiman Marcus (albeit a small one). Parking tends to be pretty easy and painless, as well. read more

I recently found out that this is a dog friendly mall. Um yes please!!! Anywhere I can take my furbabies in with me as opposed to leaving them home, I'm about it. I recently took my Blondie on a mall walk here and several stores welcomed us in with open arms, the little pet boutique by Neiman Marcus even offered to give Blondie a free nail trim! Definitely will ONLY be going to this mall from now on! read more

I used to do service calls in this mall at the Microsoft store. Then I decided to return recently to watch a movie. This is a nice mall all in all. It's kept very clean. There are some decent restaurants. The Barnes and Noble is large for a mall book store or at least compared to the likes of B Dalton from way way back. The AMC is somewhat updated and it was nice. This mall used to have a sushi restaurant in the atrium but that has since closed and now there's some sort of Bakery from the East coast. read more

Not a fan of this mall. The store selection here is not the best. It feels like there is a lot of high end shops and a lot of low end shops. There is no in between. I also feel this is way more of a girls mall. There are only a couple stores that a guy wouldn't feel like was torture if he had to go into. Perhaps this is why i dislike this mall so much. I feel you are better off going up the road to Frisco and visiting Stonebriar Center. read more

Hello my new favorite mall! It's never crowded when I shop here and I never get that congested feeling like when I go to North Park or The Galleria which is hella congested that I get migraines trying to get to stores that I like. I feel confident that when I park my car in the garage that nothing bad will happen to it or no weirdos are wandering in the parking lot for no reason (ahem The Parks mall). All of my favorite shops are here including the Apple store. Oddly enough, they sell bubble tea and Pho in the food court too. That's a first. I absolutely love the fruit cup stand. Gotta get the jumbo fruit cup sprinkled with chili and lime. Hey! Shopping is a workout that needs a little indulgence. read more

I love this mall! It's superb and I drive from uptown to visit this mall (mainly for sanity reasons). Northpark is closest to me but that place can get out of control crowded on weekends and when I need to escape and shop, I do not want to be around a lot of people. So here I am, back at Willowbend. Located in West Plano this mall is clean, safe and not over crowded. There is a Neiman Marcus, a DSW, Forever 21, Arden B, Macys, MAC, Apple, Express, pretty much everything I need. There is valet, covered parking or open lot parking. The only thing this place is lacking is a good restaurant. But I will forgive this mall for that considering I can enjoy shopping at Willowbend. read more

I really like this mall. I don't get over here much since I live closer to a couple other malls, but when I do..I always wonder why I don't make the trip out there more often. Great selection of stores and restaurants. The crowd is great, mostly just families or people actually shopping rather than being annoying like most of the teenagers crowding up Stonebriar. I went here to get Santa Paws pictures with my puppy. I love that they include pets for a week with Santa pictures. I went pretty late in the day, so I was expecting a humdrum experience. I wanted about 15 minutes, and got to meet the most cheerful Santa I've ever seen! So sweet and joyful, he really played the character well. He made sure my puppy was comfortable and made her happy, and took great pictures. All of the employees there loved to be around all the dogs. He seemed like he really loved to be Santa! I wouldn't go anywhere else for pictures. read more

Possibly one of the best malls in the area. Although it may not be as large as Galleria, Stone Briar, or Northpark, it carries a lot of the same stores that those malls have and is closer as well. Parking is also a lot easier to find compared to the other high end malls. The food court here has a pretty nice selection and the mall pretty clean. This mall is great for family outings, dates with your significant other, or just hang around with your friends. read more

I love Willow Bend! It's seriously ALWAYS quiet (which I suppose is bad for them...) but I love not having to deal with a crowd while shopping. They have quite a few stores that other malls nearby (North of Plano, obviously.) don't have, namely Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, Z Gallerie....the list goes on. I don't know if I've ever even walked around the whole mall, but from what I've seen, I really like it! It's close to work for me, so I love that I can zip down here for a spur of the moment outfit. read more

I love this mall my mom and dad work here and great stores it's never to crowded which is good the one complaint I have is that the people at the stands made my grandma try their product but it's mostly the people by forever 21. read more

I'm almost never in Plano, but when I do get up here, the Shops at Willow Bend are a must visit. The assortment of stores is perfect for 20-40 year old women who don't want to dodge children teeming out of rainforest cafe dining rooms (I'm looking at your grapevine mills!). The anthropologie at this mall is amazing and you definitely won't have to listen to a single screaming child. The mall itself isn't huge, which is also nice since sometimes I just don't feel like walking a mile around Northpark to get to the one other store I care about on the other side of the mall. read more

I hate Malls which is why I like this one. It's never packed, it has great shops and I don't have to park in a different zip code. They have MAC and a MAC store (cosmetics and Apple) so I'm set. All the things I hate about other malls, this mall doesn't have. Shopping here on a Saturday is like going to most other malls early on a Tuesday morning. So if I say I'm going to a mall, look for me here (or maybe Northpark if I'm feeling up to it). read more

With a collection of nice higher end stores, great natural lighting, and cushioned seats (the kind with backs, not just hard benches) scattered judiciously throughout. I used to not like Willowbend because they seemed to only cater to the richer side of Plano - all designer and not really any places for the middle class shopper. They are so much less crowded than other malls, however, and I've found that many of the department stores actually have great sales because fewer people shop here, and I guess they have to roll out inventory. I'd hesitate to drive all the way out here from North Plano, but I do enjoy myself when I'm here. read more

It's my neighborhood mall, and I always forget it's right there. Why do I bother going to Stonebriar when this place is never crowded, has an apple store, and has a great assortment of other shops too? It still looks like it was just built - very high class build out and spotless. It even has a nice sports bar - I think it's called Jerseyville. Also, they just opened up a store next to the foodcourt that has an indoor surfing waverider machine too - very cool watching people eat it while they try to surf! read more

Love this place. There is always parking, which you don't have to fight over like you might at Northpark. But there is a tradeoff. There is a more limited selection of clothing here with smaller store sizes than the ones at Northpark or Galleria (eg. Macy's, Express, Banana Republic). But there's more personalized attention. People in these stores are more willing to go out of their ways to help you. read more

Love the location and it has all my fav stores, huge parking space and less crowded makes it a five star. I went to Macy's once and the female at the counter, her name is Ana was extremely courteous and was very helpful.. Never seen such a wonderful service in any Macy's stores..after that visit I had gone to this store twice and decided never to go again because one lady at the customer service desk was so rude and two females on the upper floor for lingerie section didn't know how to treat a customer..They looked very frustrated and was treating everyone rudely .. It's really sad as they are spoiling Macy's brand. read more

Love this mall! It's pricey, but you pay for more than whatever you take home, you pay for clean, beautiful surroundings and the FRIENDLIEST retail workers and general patrons I've experienced anywhere. I've been here at least a dozen times and have yet to experience a single negative. I always chat with the staff and I've gotten phone numbers from fellow shoppers who just strike up conversation while in Teavana or Lush or where ever. It's easy to be open and happy when you're in such a nice place. :) read more

I was extremely surprised and grateful for the Security Department last night, Sunday 12/1/19. Th Assistent Director of Security, John Hutchins, attended me in security office after hours. I had misplaced an electronic device unknowingly. I went the office, explained briefly my dilemma and Mr. Hutchins just smiled, reach into a shelf at the desk and, pulled out my device. I like this mall because it is easy to get in and out and has a variety of stores. Unfortunately it seems like more people are going to Northpark and Stone Briar because its never too busy when I go. I mostly visit the Apple Store, H&M, Agaci and Dillards when here but they have almost all your other mall mainstays as well. I hope people don't forget about Willow Bend, it is a great mall. read more

DON'T EVER LEASE HERE!!! As a retailer in this mall, the rents asked are way high and you WON'T make the rent from sales and you will have to pay from your pocket like me! The management does NOT care about the retailers and their business as long as they collect all of their rent from the contract. Almost everyone who comes does to walk the mall and exercise, NOT to buy! The mall caters to walkers and not shoppers. PLEASE RUN and look at another mall, I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else! read more

I had no idea this mall even existed. So I was out in North Dallas and someone kindly informed me they shopped here and got an excellent deal at some of the stores so I decided to check it out for myself. I was shocked to find that nearly ALL of my favorite stores to shop at were located inside of this mall (ie aeropostale, h&m, forever 21, a'gaci, apple, etc etc etc). However I was curious to know why it was so empty. Then I quickly remembered Galleria was only minutes away. And who in Dallas (besides Northpark of course) can compete with Galleria?? I decided this is the perfect mall to shop at especially on days when I want to shop without the crowd. I see nothing wrong with alternating between Willow Bend and Galleria. When this mall first opened it was begging for stores to compete with Stonebriar. Well after loosing half it's stores, it must have lowered the rent because it now has a bunch of great stores. It's not a bad drive for me. The mall is clean and it's easy to find stuff. read more

This shopping center is usually devoid of humans compared to the other malls, which means loads of parking and shorter lines in the shops. But who cares about that? This is a fantastic place to farm Pidgeys and resupply on Pokeballs because of the nice concentration of Pokestops and AC. 151/151 read more

If you have specific shopping in mind, I would do my research before coming here. If you are looking for a placecwith a nice variety of restaurants (which they are working on), cafes, bookstores, movie theater, etc...this is not the place for you. Ehh, I've seen better. For an upscale mall in a prime location, it's very boring. I don't necessarily go to the mall to be entertained, but this mall has a lot of empty spaces available and it feels sad and deserted. The only thing here that I can't really get by easily driving to The Galleria or Northpark is NY & Co. I'd rather go online than bother coming here. It's not for us city folk. read more

I grew up in west Plano and remember when the Shops at Willow Bend opened; everyone thought it was going to be too posh, too many expensive stores. I guess they were right because over time the majority of the expensive stores left and now there are a lot of small, independent shops in their place. I come up here when I'm visiting my parents or if I need to visit some specific reason (for example, I last went because I had a gift certificate to Crate & Barrel, which only has a couple locations in the area). Definitely not the mall I'd pick for a random shopping trip. read more

Willow bend and Vista Ridge are the closest malls in my area. Willow bend is decent it's not great nor bad. They do have well known stores and restaurants in the food court. I dunno I kinda see this mall as small and not having much things in their stores, probably cause I really can't afford much. The mall is very well decorated honestly, very neat. read more

I've lived down the road from this mall for a year now. This is the perfect mall for me. It has all the stores I need (Forever21, Agaci, Macys, DSW...) I agree with the Yelper who said it's a relaxing mall. It's all of the shopping and none of the mall drama. There's always a good spot in the parking garage (Huge plus during the Summer!). Screaming kids are kept to a minimum. There's a nail shop inside that's almost never busy. I can shop til I drop, then treat myself to a walk-in mani/pedi for all my hard work. The only downside is that the food court leaves a lot to be desired. If there was a Subway I'd spend the day here. read more
