I went on a Saturday morning, there was one other couple being helped by a gentleman. And there was another gentleman there at a desk. Neither greeted us. I'm surprised to had been referred to this spot seeing as there were not a lot of options for what I was sent for, vertical blinds. Clearly this places focus is on more high end shutters. When we were finally helped, the guy was polite and like oh well since you're only interested in those and pulled these books out the back (like old crates lol) which were the different colors and material types of vertical blinds they have (limited). There wasn't much conversation /education on the vertical blinds and no options or advice outside the couple books we'd been presented. If you are a homeowner looking to do some plantation shutters, etc. and spend a lot of money, this maybe the spot for you. I typically do not like to do business where I don't get a warm vibe organically off the top. Especially when I walk into your place of business.
