She was very friendly, and even though she recognized me from my initial review, she was patient enough with me to explain what happened during my first visit. I explained that the prices for the tables had changed from 6.95 to 8 she pointed out that the table prices on her website were the same as those she had charged me. (They were 6.95 on the website the last time we had reviewed them before the rental.) When I explained that I couldn't find the terms she pointed to her website and under the "About" tab were the terms and conditions. She also placed another hyperlink at the bottom of a 30 plus list of hyperlinks on her main page. And again under quick links at the bottom of the page. She also pointed out that her website is under construction and apologized that it wasn't clear. It should be noted that the Credit Card surcharge is for "over-the-phone" transactions and we did ours face-to-face so there shouldn't have been any surcharge. Because of her customer service, I felt obliged to add another star to the review. But until we can come to an agreement about the surcharge and the website is updated to be made more clear, I can't give the establishment three stars.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW MY MOST RECENT ORDER WAS HANDLED!…read more This was my second time renting tables and linen from this company for my annual holiday party. Last year, I was able to order and rent tables and linen from here and had no problems at all. This year, I order tables, linen, and a 20 x 20 tent with walls. Our event was for December 18, so I requested for the rental items to be delivered on December 17. The initial order was a bit too expensive for my party budget, so I asked our sales representative, Nakeesha Clemmons, to remove some of the extra items to help us with pricing. Somewhere in the process of editing our initial order, Nakeesha changed our setup date from December 17 to December 18. Since the setup date was not something I asked to be adjusted, I did not think to check when the order was updated. On December 17, when prepping the venue for the event with my Event Committee, I became concerned that the rentals had not been delivered. I called Nakeesha to inquire, and she informed me she had me down for setup on December 18. I informed her that, that could not be right as I know I scheduled the order to be setup on December 17; which makes sense since our event was on December 18. I found the email where I originally requestee setup on December 17. I asked Nakeesha to accommodate our December 17 need, and she said she would check with her manager. When I asked to speak to her manager, Jason, he called me back and said the same thing as Nakeesha. I informed him of the issue with our setup date changing. He informed me he was not able to accommodate our need. I am VERY disappointed this happened leading up to our important event. It caused added stress on the date of our event. BEWWARE of this company changing important details without your consent.

On the…read moremorning of the event, around 11:00 AM, I received a voicemail saying the slide had been damaged and they were canceling my reservation. They mentioned they had a replacement available. I returned the call within about 30 minutes, but by then I was told the replacement had already left the warehouse and was no longer available. That left us without a slide on the day of our party, with a house full of kids and guests and virtually no chance of finding another rental on one of the busiest days of the year. I understand accidents happen and equipment can get damaged. My disappointment is that there didn't seem to be a backup plan to make things right for a customer who had reserved a premium rental for a major holiday. When you're spending this much money and planning an event around a specific attraction, reliability matters. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing, and I wouldn't feel comfortable depending on this company for an important event in the future.
