I've gotten internet and phones from them in the past 2 years, plus dealt with troubleshooting with both in that time at least a half-dozen times. Roger is sensational at handling issues quickly and effectively, and Torrence is without question the best leader of a store I've ever seen--watched him deal with a terrible customer right before me with a smile on his face the whole time, then greet me and get a new phone in my hand as if nothing happened in less than 20 minutes.
