The thing is, the cards are a little disorganized... which I don't love. And as for the lighting.. they need better lighting. It's really hard to see the cards on the shelves and in the cases. The entrance to the shop needs a new colorful awning with their name on it. Other than one or two pop up signs, if you're looking for the shop you can't really see where it is. While we were browsing, a young man in the store asked the employees behind the counter if they were interested in purchasing some cards from him. They declined. After hearing that, I casually mentioned that my son might be interested if the seller was looking to move them. My son even politely asked if that would be a problem. Instead of responding professionally or courteously, one of the employees immediately stated that if my son and the seller worked out a deal, they would owe the store a 15% commission. The comment came across as rude, unnecessary, and frankly absurd considering the store had already made it clear they had no interest in the transaction themselves. To avoid any issues, we left the store and sat on a nearby bench outside. A couple of minutes later, the owner/manager came outside and rudely questioned my son and the other young man about whether they were conducting business. When they answered honestly, he told us to get off "his property." The problem? We were on a bench alongside the sidewalk. What should have been a simple interaction escalated into an unnecessarily confrontational situation because of the owner's attitude and lack of basic customer service skills. Rather than treating potential customers with respect, he chose hostility, intimidation, and arrogance. Words were exchanged, and while it's doubtful he cares, he permanently lost our business. I fully understand that a business owner has the right to manage activities inside their store and maintain a professional environment. What I do not understand is the sense of entitlement and disrespect shown toward customers, especially when they were no longer on the premises. The entire encounter left the impression that the only thing that mattered was whether the owner was getting a piece of the transaction. The unfortunate reality is that behavior like this drives people away from the hobby and creates a toxic atmosphere that benefits no one. The one positive outcome from the experience was that my son and I met a genuinely nice young man and made a new friend. If you're looking for a card shop that values its customers and understands how to treat people with courtesy and respect, there are much better options in the area (BangerZ Cards, The Card Guys, etc.). We have had far better experiences elsewhere and will gladly take our business to shops that appreciate their customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM TOMIKING!!…read more 0 STARS. Only posting so other people can be warned. I had placed a preorder in August 2022, to be delivered in October 2022 which didn't come. Checked the site and it said Dec 2022. No big deal, I can wait bc I really wanted my order. Checked the site again and the date was changed to January 2023, I didn't receive my product or any update regarding my order. By this time, I decided to send an email on 01/26/2023 which I got no response. I then filled out a form on 02/02/2023 from the site asking for an update on my order or to issue a refund. They finally wrote back and said "Our one request of you is patience, and resting assured you WILL get your order." NOTE THAT IT SAID I WILL GET MY ORDER. SO I WAITED. AN ENTIRE MONTH. On 03/02/2023, I responded to their email to send me a refund. SURPRISE! No response. 03/20/2023, I then filled out another form from the CONTACT US page on the website to issue me a refund. They responded saying "We accidentally oversold the item you had purchased and unfortunately, we did not receive it from our wholesaler. As a result, we had to cancel your order and issue a refund back to your card used." BS! Why didn't you issue an automatic refund if you didn't receive it from your wholesaler?? I received a receipt saying they issued a refund. But I never got my money back. I finally had to call my bank and inform them of what happened and they were able to reverse the charge after I had sent my bank proof that TOMIKING said they issued a refund. THIS ENTIRE BUSINESS IS A FRAUD. THEY ARE LIARS AND STEAL PEOPLES MONEY.

Paid for my pre-order #5301 on October 21, 2022. Tomiking website shows 5 of my item in stock for…read moresale, but Tomiking never sent me my pre-order. Let me also add that I have tried to email him, call him, facebook him, left him a bad review on his site, but he didn't post, left him negative comments on facebook, which he removed...and he made no attempt to get in touch with me. This was my first order from him...and I will never order from him again. I will now need to contact my credit card company to let them know, he never delivered my pre-order, and to get a refund.
