Over the past year I saw her regularly for hydrofacials and dermaplaning. I recently just did my first biorepeel and was astounded at the results. Even my male coworkers were asking me what I had done to my skin because it had such great results. Also, Brittany has consistently recommended SPF and skincare products that met my concerns and budget, again leaving me with products that I felt actually improved my skin with noticeable results. They give you time to numb, and they do a great job distracting you from the discomfort if you do decide to go for a more intense setting. Also, really helpful with the GLP, clear labeling on each syringe, and easy FaceTime with the doctor. I've never had to wait past an appointment time and there's always parking. Really grateful I found this spot. Note: Sheila did the rf microneedling if you end up scheduling that service. (There was a whole lot of information to remember before the visit and they don't all sink in until you're done and you get the kit.) Otherwise I had a pleasant experience getting my first peel with Sheila/Shiela. I'm now on my 4th day post-procedure and looking forward to the results. The lady was brushing my lid so much with the lash brush that it scraped my eyelid. It burned when we were redoing the lash lift. And this is 3 days after that redo. She told me she did a Keratin treatment instead of a lash lift. It did look better in the end but this scab is now here. I also want to mention that when she used the bathroom, she did not wash her hands that long. Normally i don't notice these things, but it was just like she turn the water on, wet her hands then turned it off. That is probably not a good sign to let someone keep touching my eyes... but I was already upset.

Diane puts tremendous amounts of care into every facial. She is a delightful person, easy to talk to, passionate about her word and warm in her interactions. I am 7 months pregnant and having all kinds of issues of dryness with my skin. I went to Diane last week for a facial. She took a careful look at my skin and sent me home with two samples of moisturizer to try. A week later and I am singing her praises. Not to mention the comments I have been receiving about glowing skin (and I know it's not just the pregnancy)!
