Update: went in to do a lash lift. Had to get it redone because it looked very unnatural. It was bent at a severe angle straight upwards. When i got it redone the next day. The lady was brushing my lid so much with the lash brush that it scraped my eyelid. It burned when we were redoing the lash lift. And this is 3 days after that redo. She told me she did a Keratin treatment instead of a lash lift. It did look better in the end but this scab is now here. I also want to mention that when she used the bathroom, she did not wash her hands that long. Normally i don't notice these things, but it was just like she turn the water on, wet her hands then turned it off. That is probably not a good sign to let someone keep touching my eyes... but I was already upset. read more

Poor hygiene. Didn't wash hands between customers. Eyebrow threading came out crooked and process was needlessly painful. It was not my first time threading but it was the first at this establishment. Recently got a lash lift and tint. They looked good the first 5 minutes but after about 45 minutes the lashes on my right eye lid continue to get curlier and curlier until they were were pretty much plastered to my eyelid :( The other eye looks fine though....The only thing I can think that might have caused this is that the first step (cleansing the lashes was skipped). Maybe my right eye had some product or something on it that caused this reaction IDK. I'm giving 2 stars because they were responsive and able to get me in quickly and the person before me getting her brows threaded seemed really happy with her result....So maybe for threading they're fine....but I would recommend NOT GETTING A LASH LIFT!! read more

This salon is a 5/5 on price and has a few great Groupon waxing offers. Also a 5/5 for Sushma, who does both threading and waxing. She was kind and had a stiff hand with waxing which was great and led to minimal pain. I would, however, have to give this salon a 3 / 5 for hygiene practices and design. The esthetician used the same applicator stick multiple times throughout the wax which is not a recommended practice. Overall, I would happily return but would ask the esthetician not to reuse applicators. read more

$16 for no frills brow tint, nice service, efficient and takes credit card! Without a tint I basically have no visible eyebrows even tho I have dark hair. The tint lasts 3 weeks for me and saves me time and energy for having to draw in my brows. Plus I'm terrible at all things makeup so this helps! The lady who owns this is super sweet but do not come if you're in any sort of rush. She's usually the only person working and each time I've gone I've had to wait 10-15 minutes while she finishes the client before me. One time she was doing someone's lashes and said that the wait would be 35 minutes (there was no one else working). Today I came right after work and got here at 5:22pm on a Tuesday to find it closed. The sign says that should be open until 7. It's pretty frustrating considering I spent 10 minutes looking for parking but I'll try again tomorrow bc my brows are starting to grow into caterpillars. The most disappointing and unsatisfying experience I've ever had. My friend and I got lashes today under the impression that it was going to cost less than they charged us for. I felt so violated beyond belief by the way their entire attitude changed after we finished. Stood outside our car and one employee even sat inside our car trying to insist she go to the bank with us to get money out to pay them. ON TOP of all this, I've lost a total of 15 single lashes. You're not suppose to have lashes falling out not even an hour after their application. They're materials are cheap and they're cheap. They charge $120 dollars for a full set of lashes PER person. If I'm paying that, I expect to have them for 3-4 weeks. I get them enough to know how long they have the ability to last with proper application. This is bullshit. She admittedly said that there aren't that many threading places in this area and that's what inspired her to open Elegance Brows and Lashes. I came in as a walk-in pretty early in the morning and did have to wait. There were three women that came after me, two walk-ins and one appointment. I have to say that I really liked and enjoyed my facial. There's a private room where you get to listen to calming music and relax. The lady is very sweet and explains to you about your skin. First of all they told me it was my fault for getting my eyebrows waxed, if you don't know how to wax eyebrows. DO NOT OFFER IT. I will never go here again and I don't think you should either. I really do think they do a great job, but they are terrible at showing up during normal business hours. I've come here about 11 times now, two of the times they were closed and one time the lady was about 30minutes late.
