We were not looking forward to beginning our search for a new mattress until we walked into The Sleep Loft and met Matt. He was super friendly, most knowledgeable about mattresses, and professional in manner and appearance. He carefully listened to our preferences and needs. His first recommendation is what we ended up buying even though one of the mattresses we tried was one I came in asking about that cost more than a thousand dollars more than the Helix we decided upon. We were concerned about the height of the bed for me, a short 80 year old female. But Matt had the solution - he found us a 5 inch foundation after a phone call instead of the usual 7 inch one - much to my delight. We went into the sleep loft in red bank after a long day of mattress shopping expecting just to gather options and go home and make a final decision. We were blown away by how easy Matt made it for us! He talked through our needs, narrowed down a few brands and listened to what we had already researched and liked/didn't like. We eventually narrowed it down to the Helix brand that would best fit our needs. We had an appointment and were greeted by name. Matt introduced himself and proceeded to ask pertinent questions. My wife and I sleep on a split king because of different firmness level levels. Matt listened and he suggested several choices for us to try until we found our perfect feel mattresses.
