During that time, I had to make well over 100 phone calls just to get updates because no one ever followed up with me. The excuses never ended. First, they claimed my king-size bedroom set wasn't available, even though my order clearly stated king size. Then they told me a queen-size set had arrived at the warehouse. The very next day, they changed their story again and said they no longer had the queen size either, but they had "some king-size pieces" that could be shipped in two days. Then another excuse--it was a holiday weekend, so they couldn't ship anything. Every time I called, I got a completely different story. Reaching the store associate was nearly impossible. I had to call 4-5 times just to get someone to answer, and the store's main phone line was rarely picked up. Customer service was practically nonexistent. After wasting almost two months waiting, I was left with nothing but frustration and now have to spend even more time chasing them for my refund. This company wasted my time, money, and energy. They overpromise, fail to communicate, and don't seem to know what's happening with their own inventory. If you value your time or your money, avoid this store at all costs. There are plenty of furniture stores that actually care about their customers. I will never shop here again and would never recommend it to anyone

Most recently, when I logged onto their chat option via their website, I met Roger, who set me up with a time to stop into the showroom and try out some products. Roger was very patient and helpful with my many questions, as well as accommodating to me with a couple minor customer issues I had run into along the way. Initially I had planned to purchase the same brand mattress that I currently had, except in a king size instead of queen. Roger was not pushy at all, but candidly informative when he compared the two latex brands I was considering. Thankfully, he pointed me in the direction of the Obasan brand, which is a step up from the latex brand I was sleeping on before I came into the showroom. I am so grateful to Roger because i am in love with my new Obasan! It is truly the cream of the crop in organic latex bedding, and I plan to be an Obasan customer for life. But enough of my review.
