When my fiancé commented that a loveseat priced around $750 seemed expensive compared with a 5-piece sectional priced around $1,300, her reaction and smile came across as condescending. She also did not make much effort to show us different options or explain the available pricing. What frustrated us most was that she never mentioned the Labor Day sale. I only brought it up because I had already seen the promotion on Ashley's website. Her response was basically, "Oh yeah, let me check, but you have to decide which one you want first." That made no sense to us. If different pieces have sale prices or promotions, customers need to know those prices while comparing options, not after they have already made a decision. We came in genuinely ready to buy furniture, but the attitude and lack of assistance made us decide not to purchase anything and leave the store. A better customer-service experience could have easily resulted in a sale.

I call the store at around 3:15 asking about the status. The guy says the truck is about to be unloaded, but he's not supposed to be there anyway (the store is supposed to be open until 8). I head to the store and the doors are locked, but the open sign is still on and another message with a phone number is left on the door. No answer at the door and the phone number listed (and the store phone) doesn't answer. I call again.. they go straight to voicemail (and the voicemail is full... because of course). So here's to another night of sleeping on towels. Moral of the story? Piss poor customer service. Go to Mattress Firm.

I placed a warranty exchange due to a sagging mattress that I paid over $1000 and started within the first year.My warranty order was placed incorrectly I was re-scheduled more than four times with no notice and I have yet to receive a mattress and I have been repeatedly told that I signed a fine print of no refunds on the delivery cost that I paid out-of-pocket for. The sales reps and I repeat all the sales reps are inappropriate unprofessional and take no accountability of resolving any orders issue.
