This was my first experience with the College Station store, and the last. Holly - the sales person I regrettably dealt with told me "the mattress pad is included with the mattress but is not in stock." When I went to pick up this "included" mattress pad, I find out it was not included. It was a $200 mattress pad that was of less quality than a $40 mattress pad found at the local Walmart. When we totaled up the order, it was about $1000 high. So when I asked for an explanation, Holly said it was the "standard warranty that is included." I told her I did not want an extended warranty, she argued it was standard and I had to accept it. I told her this was not my first rodeo and it is not standard. She pushed back two more times before finally deleting the extended warranty from the order. Holly provided me her cell phone number, yet was not responsive. The only reason I gave two stars is because the delivery was nearly flawless. Other than that, I give Holly a zero - and I give her manager a zero for tolerating shady sales behavior. And it is not the $1000 that pisses me off - it is the $200 mattress pad that she insisted came with the mattress we purchased.

This was Saturday. I did end up buying a mattress that day, and was told it came with 2 pillows and a mattress protector. I had left/sold my things in another state so this is great! Well.. the mattress arrived on the delivery truck at my apartment Monday with no pillows and no mattress protector. The delivery guys said it was left off the list called in. I called the store to and they said they'd get it to me Wednesday. Wednesday comes around I'm told the tuck is being unloaded now at the store and they'll call me back. No call back. I called several times and emailed. No answer. Now it's Friday.. almost a week later of sleeping with no pillows and with no mattress protector. I call the store at around 3:15 asking about the status. The guy says the truck is about to be unloaded, but he's not supposed to be there anyway (the store is supposed to be open until 8). I head to the store and the doors are locked, but the open sign is still on and another message with a phone number is left on the door. No answer at the door and the phone number listed (and the store phone) doesn't answer. I call again.. they go straight to voicemail (and the voicemail is full... because of course). So here's to another night of sleeping on towels. Moral of the story? Piss poor customer service. Go to Mattress Firm.

I placed a warranty exchange due to a sagging mattress that I paid over $1000 and started within the first year.My warranty order was placed incorrectly I was re-scheduled more than four times with no notice and I have yet to receive a mattress and I have been repeatedly told that I signed a fine print of no refunds on the delivery cost that I paid out-of-pocket for. The sales reps and I repeat all the sales reps are inappropriate unprofessional and take no accountability of resolving any orders issue. They all lack their own company skills to properly do their jobs and point fingers at each other. if you want to waste your time, emotions, and money then purchased from this company:)
