She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Ashley is also incredibly responsive, always replying to my portal messages in a timely manner. If Ashley isn't available, I have also seen Nina, who is SO kind and knowledgeable, and Jarvis, for sleep, who is great too! I did have to wait a little longer to see him, but hey--who doesn't wait at a doctor's office? The place was packed, which speaks to how much patients trust them. The practice itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and accommodating. Elber was the best sleep tech he made me feel relaxed and comfortable to sleep in a strange place. One of the things I love about this office is is how much they offer in one place--they have an in-office lab, a sleep center, and even a gastro doctor, who is just the sweetest! While they've had some minor challenges transitioning from Village to Priority, they continue to put their patients first. Scheduling has always been smooth, and I've never felt rushed during my visits. I have never felt so comfortable and happy to visit a doctor's office. Highly recommend!

Checked in by a super nice employee who ended up hooking me up to several wires to get a good reading for the night. I was unaware they would put me to sleep right away, but they did. Also if you need to use the bathroom, the tech needs to unplug you to go, so try to make sure you won't have to do that and go ahead of time. I did not sleep well, but I think they got enough data on me to get a reading. It is not that the room is not comfortable, it actually really is...it is all the wires you are hooked up to. By 5 am, they woke me and I was on my way. Also, there is a separate bathroom not in your room...so you will not have a private bathroom. Also, no shower facility.

He wouldn't do a sleep study and is terrified of doctors. On our first visit Dr Mirabal got on her hands and knees to talk to my son and assess him. She listened to me and agreed a tonsillectomy was the best option. She and her very professional, empathetic, and attentive staff guided us along from scheduling the surgery, to the actual even then following up to ensure my son was well taken care of. Her healthcare team from the front desk, nurses, aides, schedulers, and anesthesiologist are what healthcare should be about. They are a team and family who ensures patients are put first. The overnight study was very intimidating but the techs were just excellent and made me very comfortable throughout the whole night. I had my follow up a couple of weeks later, and met the medical assistant who was the funniest and nicest caring person (I hate I can't remember his name!) and then Dr. Prabhu came in and went over everything with me, including the test results and then what to expect getting my machine. He even gave me the reps personal contact info and told me to call him the following week to follow up with the referral and that he would do what he could to expedite the delivery. He was the nicest man and I have nothing but high praises for him and his staff.
